Bright, peaceful and cosy small flat (25 m2) in Helsinki right next to elegant Eira (wonderful Jugend style houses) and only a few steps from Eira Beach (Eiranranta, where you will see swimmers in all seasons) ! Beautiful surroundings, wonderful summer restaurant Birgitta, impressive Löyly for a special sauna experience and many delicious restaurants (Basbas, Lie Mi) and cafés (Moko Market, Levain) Enjoy! I'm sure you will find walking very pleasant and tram 6 will also take you to the centre.

Tram passes front of the apartment, supermarket and nice restaurants only few steps away. Inner yard offers super nice playing area for the smallest in the family. Care free parking spot (1 vehicle) can be arrranged for free. Own washing machine. Sorry this is not a party place!
