Incredible luxury apartment, totally new and fully equipped, on the ground floor, just in front of the palapa, and just a few steps from the pool. The condominium has private security 24 hours. Enjoy a privileged location, just a 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and less than 5 minutes walking distance from restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and convenience stores. On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.
