New unique, atmospheric semi-detached cottage completed for Christmas 2023. Äkäsvilla is a log cabin for quality-conscious holidaymakers in the new Röhkömukanmaa area in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. The cottage accommodates 6+2 guests. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of ski trails (500m), slopes (1.5km) and nature trails. From the large windows of the living room/kitchen facing the northern sky, you can admire the mountain landscape and, in the evenings, see the starry sky and the flames of the northern lights. 3 km to the store.

The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. In addition, the main building has an access from the outside to the additional room upstairs, with two beds as well as armchairs and a small fridge for two. Atmospheric log cabin on the shore of Äkäsjoki. From the windows of the cottage, you can follow the flowing river, which is less than 20 meters away. You can go swimming after the sauna without worrying about the neighbors. This cottage accommodates 7 people at its best, but works best with less than six people. Downstairs you will find a hallway, a kitchen with a great fireplace, a sauna, a shower room, a toilet and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with views of nature.
