Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.

The house is located at the gates of Orléans, on the "Loire by bike" route and close to Sologne. Close to the city center, La Source, La Comet etc... Come and discover this unique site. Between Loire and Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio You like the Loire, the canoe and bike rides, Agnès and Francis welcome you, in a protected site, in this independent, comfortable studio of 27 m2 with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is at the edge of the towpath, a path that forms part of the very long European cycle path "Transibérique". The Loire River runs along the canal: located between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular site for walks, has retained the charm of the old village of sailors. Charm, calm and change of scenery characterize this place.
