Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. A small rowing boat with an electric motor and a kayak are available for rent. Close to exercise trails with an outdoor gym and illuminated tracks.
