Studio Cosy pour 2

Mon studio est très confortable. Situé en rez-de-chaussée sur cour, il est très paisible. L'entrée se fait directement par la porte vitrée d'atelier sur cour, au milieu de mes plantes. Je l'ai aménagé avec beaucoup de soin pour tirer le meilleur parti de sa petite surface. Il est parfaitement équipé en cuisine et en salle de bain. Le lit est situé en mezzanine. Son seul défaut est le manque de lumière, mais c'est aussi une qualité en été où il reste très frais quand la canicule oppresse Paris.

Studio balcon 19e

Studio avec balcon entièrement équipé situé au 4e étage (avec ascenseur) d’une résidence sécurisée. À 10 secondes du centre culturel le 104 et proche du Parc de la Villette et du Canal de l’Ourcq. Nombreux commerces de quartiers à proximité. La pièce à vivre est principalement munie d’un espace de travail, d’un salon/salle à manger, d’un lit deux places et d’un canapé lit. Metro ligne 7 à 6mn, puis ligne 12, 2 et 5 à 12mn à pieds. Tramway et plusieurs arrêts de bus à proximité également.

Appartement rénové récemment, très propre et très fonctionnel. Lumineux et relativement calme pour une ville comme Paris. Il s'agit de mon logement, j'espère que l'ambiance que j'y ai créé vous plaira. J'ai toujours du mal à le quitter ! Situé dans un quartier populaire et très central. Il y a toutes les commodités : épiceries, poste etc mais aussi bars et restaurants, le canal et les parcs (Villette et Buttes Chaumont) sans oublier le centre d'art du 104 au coin de la rue.

Plant-friendly apartment near the Canal Saint Martin, between Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, with numerous transport lines. Very quiet bedroom. On the 3rd floor, the sun shines in the middle of the day. The main bedroom overlooks the courtyard, and at the end of the main room, a children's area can be separated by a large curtain. During winter, the radiators have dual heating bodies (ceramic + heated front) while in summertime the shutters can be closed to stay cool.
