Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

Cheongho's house. A private house with a yard near the beach

Get out of the apartment today, and stay in a private guesthouse stay that smells of the sea, Cheongho House. When you open the gate and turn around, you will find a small yard. On the left side of the yard is the main main building with a kitchen and a tea lounge (Room 3, 2 toilets), and on the right side is an annex that is only open when you book for over 6 people (Room 1, mini tea lounge 1, 1 toilet). The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. Treat yourself and your group to the little pleasures of a scavenger hunt, finding hidden fun and usefulness in every corner. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. The fisherman's boat is right next to Cheongho Port. (Octopus, raw fish sales/experience fishing boat available.) The original name of Abai Village is Sinpo Village. So it's no secret that I became a fisherman~ :) # Fishing village retro healing house • Take a mudflat to the central market. • Water play and picnic are possible on the beach. • Go fishing at the port in front of your nose. • Enjoy Netflix with a beam projector. • Please relax as if you've come to visit your grandmother's house in a fishing village. There is no convenience and luxury like a hotel or resort. You might feel uncomfortable. But nowadays, only old houses have countless years and romance that are hard to see. It will be another inspiration to your life. Just like I did here. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

The mysterious lighting adds to the atmosphere of the night, and it will make your time with those traveling with you even more brilliant. The modern interior in a white tone without dirt neatly erases the dizzying thoughts of everyday life and allows you to focus more on this time here and now. We didn't put a TV in the living room so that we could fill it with just the two of us. Instead, you can comfortably watch and enjoy Netflix, YouTube, and more on a large beam projector screen that is not envious of a movie theater in the bedroom. The bedroom is set as comfortable as possible with low-intensity lighting to help you focus on watching movies and sleeping deeply. Recommended for those traveling alone or with two people.

The first floor of the building is a guest accommodation. The accommodation has 3 rooms (3 toilets), a living room, a kitchen, and a multipurpose room. The room and living room/kitchen have individual cooling/heating, and each room is prepared with a bed. The kitchen is equipped with simple seasonings and various kitchen utensils, the living room has a round sofa and dining table, and the utility room has a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. You can enjoy a barbecue in the lawn garden, and right in front of you is Mulchi Stream facing the sea. Walk along the promenade next to the Mulchi Stream to reach Mulchi Beach. It's a clean and tidy house with everything inside newly renovated:) This is a space without sloppiness, carefully decorated with my family in mind. Since it is located a 2-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal, those who use public transportation can come and go without difficulty. When using your own car (only one car is allowed) There is a dedicated parking space on the right side of the entrance to the accommodation, so please refer to the photo. If you want more parking spaces, nearby parking spaces except for the roadside, or Please use the free parking lot of Sokcho Cultural Center, which is a 5-minute walk away. Sparkling waves in the sunlight [Yeongrangbangye]

This is a wonderful accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain from a large window that is filled with warm sunlight. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)
