Cabin vacation rentals in Jamieson

Beautiful location that we and our dog loved. So peaceful and relaxing - the perfect way to escape the city for a couple of days. And the cottage itself was super cute but had everything we needed.

We loved our stay in Conifer Cottage. I particularly loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds and rabbits.

We had a fabulous time at Felixa and James holiday house with our 2 kids (3 and 6). We loved exploring the crystal clear river, the hot tub, the nearby wineries/pub/parks. Theres a host of kids books, coloring, boardgames, outdoor toys. The place is spotless! Felixa is super responsiveness and friendly cant wait to book again!

Amanda and Robs entire place is stunning, the serenity serves to really give you a break and a breather. I really enjoyed having the abundance of wildlife roaming around. Amanda and Rob are friendly and lovely to talk to and their blueberry liqueur and gin is very yum. I will definitely be returning.

This house is absolutely amazing! Extremely spacious both indoors and outdoors. Fantastic location very easy to get around. A thoughtful gift was left upon our arrival making this stay a step above the rest, I would highly recommend especially for larger groups. Thanks Leigh and the team

Amazing location! Incredible set up! Just a beautiful property! The Lake was a low which made it a little hard to access, but we made it work and still caught fish, enjoyed a kayak and plenty of swimming.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfectly fitted with everything you need. Qe felt so at home and relaxed the whole time. Beautiful views no matter where you looked. The kitchen was well equipped, we whipped up a few lovely meals while eating on the balcony. Our daughter loved all the toys, games, swing and trampoline. We even got to see a wallaby! Wonderful stay in a peaceful location. The cottage is extremely clean and cosy, exactly as described. We loved the view of the lake from the cottage. The owner is very responsive and friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to get there. We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay and look forward to staying again in future!

Great place

A fantastic stay at Kelly’s beautiful log cabin. Beautifully appointed with everything you need for a cosy weekend away. Super comfy beds with lovely linen, spotless bathroom with a European laundry with washer and dryer plus drying cupboard for wet gear. A short walk to a picnic ground with river access, plus walking trails to a local waterfall (all dog friendly). Stacks of local information available in the cabin which was super useful. Kelly was friendly and responsive and provided lots of recommendations for the area. We will come back and stay again.

Lovely quiet place

Amazing service and great staff

We had a lovely time at the cottage. It was very homey, the beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to be able to cook, and it felt safe for our toddler. It was great to have big grounds to walk around, and to have a bbq down by the river. The playground is basic but a great addition. The listing doesn't really make it clear but it's part of the 'Sanctuary Park Cottages' so it's not entirely private, but the cottages are well enough spaced that it wasn't a bother. The location is great - it's very close to Healesville Sanctuary and Badger Weir, and not far from Healesville main street. We booked ready for there not to be a pool since it is listed in the amenities but not mentioned in the description. It exists, but it looked very dirty and we didn't consider it usable. The only other issue we had was that the beds had doonas but not sheets.

We had a great stay at the Elm Cabin. The cabin is located in a beautiful setting and has everything you need for a stay of a few days. There's heaps to do in the area and the location is second to none. We loved the ponies in the adjacent paddock! Rob was very communicative and friendly throughout. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Peaceful, quiet with lots of farm land in the surroundings- that’s how I would describe Amon’s place. It’s not too far from Healesville but you should need a car staying here. The house is cozy although some furniture may be dated, but the living areas are well maintained and clean. The kitchen had good amenities to cook each day if you wanted to. Early in the mornings you can spot wild rabbits outside your window. The children loved feeding the goats at a nearby field and sometimes there were cows in the neighbouring plot of land. In case it’s not mentioned in the listing, this cottage is part of Sanctuary Park Badger Creek- quite a large estate of multiple cottages. They are spaced out from one another with hedges or trees separating each one - good for privacy. Amon was also a very responsive host, which was much appreciated.
