Beach house vacation rentals in Jamaica

My husband and I stayed at Ordia's beautiful home for two days. It is conveniently located close to the two attractions we wanted to visit, Dunn's River Falls and the Original Blue Hole. The neighborhood was quiet, cozy and felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and relaxing on the front porch. The clean, well-kept private pool and jacuzzi in the fenced-in backyard were definitely highlights for us. The house manager was just finishing up there upon our arrival. She welcomed us and provided helpful tips, along with answering all the questions about small details we had checking in. We were provided with her contact information along with the host's contact information. The host checked in to make sure no issues came up during our stay. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Ordia's. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be returning next time we visit Jamaica!

The pictures don’t do this house justice the views alone were incredible! The house itself was beautiful, extremely clean and right next to konoko falls! The host were very nice, helpful and responded quickly, We almost didn’t book because of a cockroach comment but we didn’t see a SINGLE ONE what a mistake that would have been! We had a small bump at check in but it was fixed immediately and the host was so nice to give us a breakfast on them! We will certainly be back this is a great place for groups and families who don’t want to be in the direct party zone but close enough to town at the same time. There is also a caretaker to attend to your needs at all times shout out to Steve!

When I say highly recommend! I mean it. The location was great! Prefect for what we wanted. Everything was extremely close by no more than 15 minutes drive to some great attractions and restaurants! The place is just like the pictures but 100% even better in person. The host was so attentive and quick with his responses. Area felt safe and extremely clean! Loved it so much! 10s across the board.

Yo-Yo is a good host. Accommodating to our needs and provided a warm and open space for our trip.

this place is great for kids and families. there is a trampoline and everything the kids need for the pool: towels, shade, chairs, floaties! there's a pack n play, lots of pillows and blankets. super soft bedding and comfortable beds. allllll the comforts of home. chefs kitchen, and a killer back patio. lucea is a great halfway between negril and Mobay. the scheme is safe and clean. community space is lovely. all in all it eas the perfect fit for the kind of trip to jamaica we were looking for.

This was my second time staying in this airbnb, and I was just as pleased and happy as the first time. I will definitely be back. Philip is an amazing host, and I am looking forward to staying in his other properties as well 😀

Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

cool place for a few days. Supervisor Patrick does a great job, is helpful and makes your stay better. The owners are also very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a wonderful stay at I LOVE LUCEA. Phillip our host was very helpful and made us feel like Family from the time we checked in till check out time. We appreciated the quick response time and everything we needed were there for our comfort. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The property looked the same as advertised. The Beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious, we did not missed staying at the hotel. I personally appreciated my bed especially after climbing The Dolphin Head Mountain located about 8 eight miles from our stay. This place felt like home especially for my older aunt who is very picky about cleanliness. However, this place was perfect for us all with outstanding amenities. They even offerd lots of games to entertain us especially at night when we came home from our excursions. We highly recommend staying here at this gated community. We thank you and plan to make this property our choice of stay when next we return to Lucea 🇯🇲

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience!This place was incredibly clean and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was my sister's birthday getaway, and our host, Mr. Jeffery, went above and beyond by greeting us with beautiful birthday decorations that made the occasion feel extra special it was truly priceless. Mr. Jeffery was exceptionally polite, respectful, and treated us with such care throughout our stay. He even took the time to refer us to fine dining options, a reliable driver/guide, and provided us with valuable information about activities that perfectly matched what we were looking for. His attention to detail really made our trip memorable. The house itself was spacious, allowing us plenty of room to relax and unwind, and the view was absolutely refreshing perfect for enjoying the scenery and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming..

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Amazing location. It is a garden of tranquility. We stayed here with our three kids. They loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. The view from the top is stunning. Coleen is the perfect host to make you feel at home. Her dishes served on the terrace were one of our highlights during our trip to Jamaica. Nicola was very helpful in providing a lot of ideas for excursions during our stay. This AirBNB is definitely in our top 5 of all AirBNBs we have stayed in as a family.

Like i said, the photos did not do the place justice, it was fabulous. Lots of outdoor space, locations so i wasnt trapped inside the house. The view is beautiful looking out on the Caribbean sea. Nicholas responded immediately. Guests get free access to Puerto Sico beach, but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday, so plan excursions for those days. The water is warm and amazing. I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend his house to family and friends. It was a good time, thanks Nicholas.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

10/10 Home was just as described. Older home with rich character but new amenities. Host was wonderful and took care of us better than family . Yvonne the chef and house cleaner was warm and friendly. Connected us with Kevin the driver who we adored. This was a peaceful birthday trip. Im grateful for the hospitality of the host. Felt like we were at home. We will return soon and bring the kids. More than enough space, pool was a salt water pool that was cleaned daily. A good vacation is one where you plan to return ..we will be back!!

We spent a total of 3 nights and enjoyed our stay throughout. The villa was clean, well decorated and felt like home,e. We look forward to spending more time at the villa during our next visit to Negril.

For years I've tried to find even half way decent accommodation in Black River and literally gave up. Then I met Landing Strip.... I can't wait for another reason to overnight in Black River just for the opportunity to enjoy this beautifully appointed home again. Thank you for getting it so right.
