Beach house vacation rentals in Jamaica

I would highly recommend this home for your stay. The host Stephanie was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond especially given my situation of booking only hours before boarding a plane to head to the island. The home was spotless, well-maintained and everything was clean and tidy. I really appreciated the amount of extra towels and paper toilet for our stay. Location wise it was perfect. Close to everything! From beautiful beaches, food including but not limited to KFC, PIZZA HUT, & STARBUCKS & much more. This home is in the middle of it all. I went to the gas station, pharmacy, patty shop and restaurant all within a short drive. We felt comfortable as a group of four adults and 4 small toddlers without the need of additional bedding which if needed was available (air mattress). Overall we felt right at home and will be back. Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was impressively clean, you could tell it’s really well cared for. The photos were totally accurate (maybe even better in person), and check-in was super smooth and easy. The host was amazing, super responsive every time we had a question or needed something. The location felt very safe and was super convenient to everything we needed. The space itself is beautiful, with modern, updated amenities that all worked perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, and honestly the whole place just felt cozy and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the huge back patio that overlooked the water, it was quiet, peaceful, and such a great spot to unwind. Beautiful private beach and clubhouse access! While the pool at the clubhouse could have been cleaner (not the host’s responsibility), the private beach right next to it more than made up for it, it was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay & I am looking forward to being hosted here again. The house is really clean and Jan has great communication skills. If you are an adventurous person this is the place to be as a lot of attractions are nearby❤️. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome location familiar love the property

When I tell you, the place was amazing. The pictures does no justice. It was everything that I wanted. It gave us a balance of local life and the beach life. Jeffrey was very accommodating and very informative the whole time! The house made you not want to leave it, the views of the beach from the back of the house were breathtaking and the artwork around the home were beautiful also, his staff was amazing from the Driver to the chef even to the Stacy the house cleaner. The house was clean and spacious. Cameras around the grounds gave us a sense of security. So if you plan to stay in MBJ Slippers Villa is the place to stay!!

Our stay at Ms Sharon’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The space was spotless, truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every room felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Ms Michelle. She is an absolute gem! Warm, kind, and incredibly attentive, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a local tip, a friendly check-in, or just her welcoming energy, she made our stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for place with a host who treats you like family, look no further. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more and will definitely be coming back!

We were a group of 8, and we stayed for 4 nights and we had the most incredible time at “ tek yuh time” The staff at the house was amazing, they prepared the most delicious meals and make and helped us arrange our plans. The scenery is incredible and not a bad room in the house. Extremely comfortable, well thought out and organized for you to have a relaxing great time. Sunset on the roofs and sunrise down at the beach and perfect star gazing by the pool. Monique, was extremely attentive and gave us all the information we needed upon leading up to our arrival. We were so lucky to be introduced Mario who drove us around who an excellent guide to all things Treasure Beach and beyond. This was the first trip to Jamaica for most of the group and they are already planning another one. Tek yuh time was a special find and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Treasure beach….

John was an amazing host very easy to reach, respond to my questions within minutes. The house was very clean and walking distance to the pool area which was nice.

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

This is a special house.The views are incredible, and it is on a lovely section of the beach, a short walk down the beach to a swimming cove in one direction, and a short walk down the beach to a restaurant and further to more restaurants and interesting sights. Views of sunrise and sunset from the roof are incredible. Freddy, the caretaker, is delightful. So is Donna, who brings fresh towels and sweeps daily. The kitchen is sparse - it wouldn’t be easy to cook in for a week - but just walk down the beach or the road to some delicious food made by someone else! It’s vacation, right? The beds were comfortable.The bathroom shower heads need some attention, but im sure they’ll take care of it. Great food in town: Jakes, Eggys, Joseph’sHideaway, and the vegan cafe at Wise Woman wellness are all very good! Lashings restaurant is a 5 -7 min beach walk from the house.They have great fish and chips and are open late Ask Freddy about going on Joseph’s boat tour to Sea Grapes. Do that!

Everything awesome beautiful and magnificent but it’s nothing without the service, help and food Coleen provided us with! A must go to and a great place to unwind. Thank you and see you again for sure!
