It was not accessible at the entrance since we arrived 7 minutes before and he told us that we should wait, also at the exit we had a mechanical problem with our car and we were delayed 3 minutes and he told us that we had to take out the car, there is no hot water and does not give indications for the heater. The house is very large and very close to the cathedral, it is very good option for large families, very little noise but it is quite hot and in the upper room it is very hot. There is no where to park outside and the parking lots charge 150, consider your arrival.

Luis was always kind and attentive to us, giving us clear instructions and the opportunity to park the car at the time of our arrival. It is a place with a very convenient location, close to the church and the markets in the surroundings, just a few blocks away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. I would just add that it should be taken into account that the house and parking are one block away, although the blocks are not very big it is a slope and can be a bit tiring for an elderly person, also the stairs to the penthouse can be a problem. Despite this, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, we would definitely stay again, we felt right at home. Something we really liked is that he provided us with two sets of keys, and since we were two families, it made it easier for us to check in and out. 100% recommended.

The place was perfect, it matched the description and was just like the photos, it really was a place close to the cathedral and the square at the back was phenomenal, a quiet place to rest and which had everything you need to feel at home, it will definitely be our arrival place for future trips to San Juan de los Lagos 100% recommended

It's exactly the same as the photos, they were always attentive and helped us at all times. The only issue is the place where the cars are parked is a dirt lot that is not leveled and at night there was a homeless person sleeping in the place; however, the paid parking lot is next to it, just check the parking lot's hours well.

Excellent stay, everything is super comfortable and clean, it has a good location, it is still next to the temple of the first miracle, near the Basilica and the main square, I would definitely stay in this room again, very attentive to any questions!!
