Very nice and good communication, just that it is a little unsafe to carry pets, as for the same reason, other dogs filter into the property.

I was delighted with everything, I loved the area, the house is super nice and spacious. It was much better in person than in the photos, everything in order and the owners of the house were super friendly and nice. I would go back a thousand times more 🥰

The accommodation is great, I definitely recommend it and it will be my first choice when I travel to Xalapa. It is very conveniently located, close to one of the main streets in town, there are restaurants and businesses nearby. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Luis was always attentive, he was flexible with our arrival and was very kind at all times. 100% recommended.

The residence certainly meets what it promises in its publication, it is a spacious space with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable, the house is in a quiet area and there is no hassle from the outside, it also boasts a breathtaking view of the city. The attention of the hosts was first, always attentive and in a position to resolve any questions or issues that were raised. I'd stay there without thinking about it.

The house is super comfortable, with three bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Lots of light comes in. Inside a safe and comfortable subdivision, with a store and games. Excellent choice for families, as Denny and Araceli put protection on all corners and drawers. While it's not in the center of the city, it's very connected and there are also many options around. A few streets away (Av de los Álamos), Xalapeño Pepper tacos are excellent for dinner and they're open late.

Good location, very large and clean space. Comfortable and with everything you need for quick meals at the place.

Oscar is very helpful. It gave us great recommendations from the surrounding businesses (convenience stores, dining, market, etc.). It's close to downtown and fast lanes. One can move very easily from the place to anywhere. Widely recommended to Oscar and to the stay.

Excellent attention from the host, availability, service and efficiency to resolve any questions makes ☺️ you feel at home!!

The place is very nice and comfortable, perfect to relax and be surrounded by nature. It was very nice to hang out with friends there. However, for large groups, I recommend that you all arrive together. I also recommend bringing your own food, as access to the property is not so easy.

Very nice host, the place is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It allowed us to check in with extra pets for an additional price. I recommend it for family time away from the city. I'll be back soon!

For my hosting needs it was perfect, the same and it does not suit other guests for topics such as the far to the center, which is 4th floor without elevator, the noise that some neighbors make sometimes, reduced space in sink, etc, but for me it was excellent. I fulfilled what I promised and needed. If you take a perfect car you leave it outside the building and nothing happens, next door is where to buy and eat, in front of the pool, etc.

It's a quiet place to spend a few days with your family. The pool and great gardens. Luis is a thoughtful and friendly host, willing to help when you require it.

Mr. Martin is always very attentive, the house is very cozy, you feel at home, in his very well equipped kitchen, the house seemed super well and my family was very happy, I would stay there again, definitely very recommended and very close to the central places, you can walk to the center of Coatepec

Excellent apartment, spacious for 4 people, pet friendly and in a good location where you could walk to the city center, excellent host also always on the slope.

Maria Luisa was super friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable. We were received very kindly with our little dog and she even offered us more blankets.

Katie was always attentive to our needs, she was kind and made us feel right at home, she was always available if we needed anything. The space is in keeping with a place like Xalapa and is located about 10/15 minutes away from downtown. Everything excellent.

I loved the place. I really liked it. I hope every time I come to Xalapa I can stay there. The place was very spacious, very good lighting, comfortable, beautiful view of the city. I liked that it is pet friendly. Next time I hope to bring my dog. This time I had to go from check-in to check-out, so I almost only spent the nights and part of the mornings there, but I still really liked the place. I didn't hear the noises from the streets or from the neighboring houses. Excellent choice to spend a few days in Xalapa. I highly recommend it. I could spend more time inside it, rather awake, hehehe
