Ronny was attentive to our arrival and was very kind at all times, the house is as shown in the pictures and the pool gives a plus to the accommodation.

I loved staying in this apartment. Everything was as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Carlos and Mayra were very friendly and always available to respond. I would definitely come back here and recommend it 100%.

Nice place, clean with everything you need

We enjoyed each minute at Gustavo’s place. My family wanted to make some grocery shopping before our arrival and have it all in place before our arrival. Needless to say to say we contacted the host and without hesitation they accommodate to their best so we could have access to the property to organize our shopping. We had a huge delay while traveling g, which put us far from our expected time of arrival. When I contacted Gustavo he was very kind and made sure our check in was as smooth as possible once we got there. He is always responsive, taking care of every single detail, answering all of our questions. If you are planning to come to Jalapa either for leisure or business I highly recommend his place as it is centrally located, surrounded by a beautiful view, quiet and serene but yet close to the city and all Jalapa has to offer. I know we are looking forward to our next stay at Gustavo’s place.
