The property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, well decorated and organized. Ricardo always responded to us with agility and proactivity. The apartment is very well located, near Sans Souci, Fábrica da Cacau Show, and it is possible to walk to Capivari Park. We are very pleased with our hosting!

Easy check-in, clear information and rules. Luiza responds quickly and with accurate information. We really enjoyed it and recommend it!

Andreia's apartment is very comfortable and clean, however it is a little far from the center of Campos de Jordão, with no problem with a car. We very much like the silence of the place. A point of attention for future guests is parking spaces that are for small and medium cars. André who checked in and out was very attentive.

Excellent stay! The apartment was impeccable, the location is very good, you can walk to the center of Capivari (if you like a short walk). The rooms are great, comfortable beds and a heater throughout the house. The kitchen was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The building is very pleasant and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth, always attentive and responsive. We will definitely return, I recommend!

We love everything. The place is fantastic and better than the photos. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and very beautiful. Grill area and swimming pool very large and with an amazing view. The site also has a very good sauna, hammocks, sun loungers, large and cozy rooms, fireplace, and other amenities. The host was very attentive from the beginning. It was very worth it. We like it very much and we will definitely return.

The house is very cozy. We went in four people and two dogs and really felt at home. All well tidy, clean. The warm house, the very beautiful backyard, flowery, a very wide space in which the dogs could stay calm. We love the covers: soft and very warm. Rose is a very willing person, received us very well and instructed us how to use what we needed and gave tips of where to go, where they accepted dogs and everything else. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be a place to host again when we go to Campos again.

Our hosting was very nice! The owner Gloria was kind and helpful and we found the house cozy! The three en-suites are large and comfortable. The room on the ground floor is very small (it is a service room with an electric shower bathroom), but it was very useful for our group. The location is great and super easy to get to in Capivari (15 min walk). We appreciate and recommend this house!

great experience. The house is located in a very quiet area near the center. Rest easy and leave the car at home. Beautiful terrain with lawn and well-kept vegetation. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Soft towels, clean bed linen and an excellent shower! The kitchen is very well equipped as well. Excellent reception by the homemade Karina. I spent 3 pleasant days with my family and we only have compliments.

Marcos' accommodation is fantastic, all brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The building had even the availability of some essential items, such as cleaning products, soap and seasonings such as salt, sugar and others. Everything very well planned for greater guest comfort. Marcos is super attentive, always connected, responded to messages quickly. The property's location is easy to reach and close to the center or exits to any neighboring city. The region is spectacular. For those who do not know the surrounding of the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is worth knowing! And staying with Marcos makes the experience even more memorable! Another point to value is the cost benefit. Pindamonhangaba is a centralized city, which favors a quick turn to Campos de Jordão, Aparecida, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, etc at a much more economical cost. I just have to thank and recommend! Score 10!

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in, very complete, super quiet place, good to really rest and at the same time it was close to the center (Vila Capivari), we had access to everything. My family really loved and praised this space. It's much better than in the photos. Highly recommended. I'm here thinking that in winter it must be even better.
