The place was nice and clean. Dr Suman was an excellent host and very accommodative & helpful. We stayed for 3 days and she used to enquire over WA or Phone to find out if our stay was comfortable and we needed some help. The caretaker Bishnu was also very responsive. We liked the décor and aesthetics of the flat. The flat had all probable amenities that any guest may need like kitchen knives, chopping board, pressure cooker, other utensils, tea strainer, mixer-grinder, even wipers were there in the bathroom. Though it was not needed, but there was a mosquito repellent in every room. The view from the flat balcony was great though it didn't had sea-view. The food from restaurants within the complex was good and there is a restaurant right nest to the tower on ground floor. I would recommend to hire a scooty to freely move around Puri though e-rickshaws are available from the main gate maybe after little waiting. The beach is around 500m from the main gate and less crowded than others.

The stay was very homely, place was as described and was clean. The premise is located within a secured housing society and have safe for family to stay. Saswatee was always reachable and guided us well. Will certainly visit again!!

a great place to stay near Puri. very clean, private and has all the necessary amenities. there's a restaurant in the apartment complex which is an added advantage the apartment had all the facilities listed. check in and checkout was easy, and the we could even cook in the kitchen if needed with the provided grocery items.

Its a private unit inside Empires Hotel Puri. The Owner cum Host is a wonderful lady & very quick responsive and supportive. Caretaker was helpful. Wonderful stay ! Room is very spacious, neat-&-clean, bright & comfortable. Well planned and decorated both the rooms. Very suitable for family; can accommodate 4 adults in 2 big beds in 2 rooms. I loved the balcony and living room, also enjoyed the swimming pool. Restaurant, Cafe are inside premises and very convenient for access and dining. Location is perfect just in front of sea beach. Highly recommending. In fact I have planned to re-visit along with my full family in winter seasons. Thank you Minakshi ji !!!

Vikram ji is very helpful in nature. He is a very genuine person. The house and the amenities are exactly same, what he shared with us. Also, the caretaker Suman ji is also very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Puri. This place is worth it.

Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and they were very accommodating throughout my visit. The location was perfect very close to the beach.
