The apartment was beautiful and clean, in a great location for getting around the old town (5 minute walk in). the highlight was the roof terrace with 360 views of the city. I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment in Split! The place was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were in the old town and by the sea in a few minutes on foot. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in went smoothly, and we felt very welcome right from the start. We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a short walk or €5 uber to old town. The apartment was so clean and well facilitated, and the beautiful view from the terrace was a highlight. Davorka was so friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any of our questions. She had kindly welcomed us with some essentials like milk, coffee etc and we were really grateful for this! Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Split.

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the water and easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The host happily met us when we arrived, helped us into the property, and gave us great information of things to see and do for our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

We spent a week in the apartment and had a lovely time. It was very clean, well equipped and easy to reach from the airport by bus. We got along well without a car - supermarkets, bakery and the restaurant were within walking distance. In May, there wasn't much going on in the village and it was quite quiet. Due to the nearby airport, planes flew by from time to time. The small beach sections, just a few meters away, are very nice. Velimir was always easily accessible and showed us the apartment.

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

Dijana’s place was an oasis within walking distance to anything you could ever want in old town split! We loved our time both in the town and on her adorable patio.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Mateo was very nice and friendly. He made us felt like home. We even made friends with some locals. We shall definitely rent from Mirko again. ☺️

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. We had an amazing time staying at this villa. It manage to rise above our expectations. The place was really clean upon arrival, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible - from kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies to easy-to-use amenities that made relaxing effortless. Ante was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions and provided clear, straightforward instructions on how everything worked. The location is remote, quiet, and very private, which is something we didn’t mind. While there aren’t any shops within walking distance, having a car makes everything easier. We’d recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

Best host ever! Great hospitality and always responds with local suggestions, kindness and care! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

The apartment is exactly as described with modern, clean and high quality furnishings. There is plenty of spare pillows, blankets, towels etc with a fully operational kitchen and accessories. The local bar/restaurant area is 10 min walk away and shops within 5 mins. We did have a small issue with the key pad not working which gains access to the property (there is a set of keys that gain access to but it was left inside) and lucky the cleaner was able to let us in. Niki the host is very thorough and was quick to rectify the issue so overall the stay was 10/10 and would use this again and definitely recommend to all potential visitors. Lovely property and a great location.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, it is ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
