The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

What a delight of home… we spent an amazing weekend. Super clean house, smelling bedding, the photos match the environments. A Tati a sweetheart, polite, kind and super helpful. Village helped us even with indication of restaurants when we arrived. Sani Tbm responded to us super fast and well-educated. The house has absolutely everything, dishes, cutlery, super super complete coffee bottle. The large, clean bathrooms. In short, we will definitely go back and often God willing. I really liked it, simple place but worth it

The stay was very quiet, we took our dog who loved the lawn behind the house, as well as being safe for her. The house was very clean and organized and communication was super easy and quick with Analy.

Excellent location, markets, bakeries, restaurants nearby. The accommodations served us perfectly.

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

This is the third time I have stayed in this house and once again super satisfied, very equipped house, great location, super indication. An observation to improve is the water pressure in the shower that is very weak, apart from all that perfect.

Gabriel is a very good person, always ready to help, the house is exactly as described, close to the beach, very quiet neighborhood, D Isaura who is responsible for delivering the key and neighbor, a sensational lady, the beach in this part of the island for those who want tranquility is great, even now in high season, you can stay wherever you want, without having to dispute a place to put a beach umbrella, good restaurants in the city, good market near the house, the stay was short but it was great, when I can I will return.

We went on Easter holiday and chose the place because of the large space, it had 3 bedrooms as we needed and a swimming pool. Regarding the space the house corresponds to the one announced, we were at 7 people but quietly accommodates 10 as advertised. Although the kitchen and living room are not large the bedrooms and the open areas assist in the dynamics of the accommodation. The host was very kind and relaxed the check-in, the person who received us was also very polite and requests. The house is in a quiet place in the city and although the beach has no structure of kiosks and the like, a few blocks away (it is possible to go on foot) a beach with such structure can be found. We can easily find places to eat and buy some things.

A real grandma's house in the countryside! Coziness and hospitality are the prevailing feelings. Everything very clean and tidy, nice-smelling bedding! Besides, Vânia is a lovely person!

The stay was very good, the house was like the listing, the wifi worked perfectly, it was not necessary to take anything related to bed, table and bath, the house had everything you need to have in a house, there is the laundry space, so for washing some was very useful, there is a barbecue space, the parking for the car is quite wide, you can put some 3 cars, the rooms have comfortable beds, the house has two bathrooms one next to the laundry, this made it easy to bathe after the beach, to finish, I felt at home, I took only suitcase with clothes and personal products, the rest had in the house.

I thought everything was perfect! City Hall just a little info to add. There, only the live operator works there. And it is interesting to warn so that future tenants already know and arrange the chip in case they need to use internet mainly pro waze.

David is an extremely caring and kind host. He helped us with our arrival and departure. The house is very cute, looking like a grandma's house, lol. We felt very comfortable indeed. He guided us in relation to the rules, ways of using, including step by step for anything that was not working properly, including the internet that I needed because despite going on a tour I was on duty at work and used it during the night to work. The kitchen is very complete and we didn't miss anything. Very clean bed and bath linens and everything working perfectly. We will definitely return on our next visits to Cananéia.

I stayed with my family at Reriano's house from 03/01 to 04/03/25, at the carnival, and everything was perfect, the house is airy and very clean, there are several household utensils, we do not miss anything, it is very close to the sea, just cross the street, you could hear the sea of the house, the house is in a very quiet part of the island, which has provided us moments of tranquility. I like it a lot and we will come back more often. Reriano was very helpful and clarified all my doubts. Thank you.

Very nice, clean environment, had everything and more. Flexible check-in and check-out adapted to our circumstances. It was great. I recommend spending pleasant days with family and friends.

The house is simple but with everything necessary for a good stay, it has fans in all rooms, 2 full bathrooms and another with a toilet in the back. Access is easy and it is in the most empty and quiet region of Ilha Comprida. There is a small market nearby to buy ice, etc. Quiet and safe area. Due to the river and beach, it is full of mosquitoes, so it is important to leave everything closed in the afternoon to keep them out of the house. We took dogs who loved the space (it has grass, the whole house is walled)
