The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. Pictures don't do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras monitoring front & backyard.

The Aspen also hosts a full bath and shower; providing for a relaxing days end. The king bed is sure to give you a great nights sleep with the thick foam topper…comfort!

Only a few miles from UGA and Sanford Stadium (easy Uber/Lyft), but in our quiet neighborhood, you’ll easily be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of a college town if you need to. Perfect space for 1-2 guests. Pets welcome. We won’t bother you but can be available for questions or issues if needed. You may see us letting our dog out from time to time.

Welcome to our private apartment in a peaceful location. We are an easy drive (15 miles) to Athens/UGA, 5 miles from I-85, 2 miles to the closest grocery store, yet your stay here will feel like you've escaped to the country. We live onsite in the main house (the apartment is totally separate), and are available for anything you may need, but respect your privacy. Just reach out if we can assist!

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
