Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Jackson County

The house was great! Beautiful views... right on the lake..hot tub. Patio was enormous! Nice being able to grill. Showers were perfect and plenty of bathrooms! I'm a homebody but was totally comfortable. Any questions, the host responded IMMEDIATELY! She's great! Looking forward to my next stay.

Our group was there for fishing tournament. This Airbnb, by far, has been the most accommodating to fishermen with boats. Our group had five trucks with five boats and we have never found a place til now that we we have all been able to park at with the circle drive and carports. Planning to book here every year if available because that is a bid deal for us. We enjoyed the pool table as well. Very peaceful location and house was very clean. Beds were all comfy. Hosts was was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we asked. We have stayed at a few other Airbnbs in the area that are nice as well but this has become our new favorite. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests.

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

We absolutely loved the house and Ruth was such an amazing host. The house is so peaceful and the kids had lots of fun playing in the large garage and sunroom area. All of us slept wonderful, the beds and couches are extremely comfortable. She was very accommodating to our needs when we needed a little extra time to check out. We’re excited to stay here again while visiting family! Our favorite place!

This was our second year to stay at this house for a girls' trip. There were 3 of us and the house has plenty of space. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything is very neat and clean. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic. We enjoyed taking walks and just hanging out at the house. It's a perfect backdrop for quality friend time. Thank you so much!

This was a great rental. From how clean it was to how comfortable. The kitchen had anything you could need plus a lot of little extras. We used the honey, the black tea, apple cider vinegar, etc... It was the most like having your kitchen at home of any place I have stayed. Wendy left us a dozen fresh eggs as a surprise check in gift. We ate them and they really seemed better than the store bought ones. Maybe that was just the vacation effect but they were great. The bed was comfortable and both bedrooms were roomy so you didn't feel squeezed in as you do sometimes. There was a screened in porch that we used when it rained and there was a fire pit which we used a couple of nights as well. The fenced in back yard made it so much nicer with having a dog. The house is very close, about 5 min. walk, to Brow Park. This is a small park with great views. It is also about a 5 min. walk down to the little shops and restaurants. Will stay again.

Beautiful home! Perfect for a weekend with family and close friends. We loved that the home was walkable to the top of Desoto Falls but also only a short hike to the bottom view via trail. The loft and top rooms were magical and absolutely perfect for our tween kids and us parents loved the screened porch and outdoor firepit. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us. We also appreciated how clean it was and the basket of welcome snacks. Five stars!
