The FW was great , modern and clean and beautiful large windows in the WZ. You get up every morning and have the great view of nature. The small good bourgeois restaurant Anna nearby can also be reached on foot. Nice waitress. We'd love to come back. We'd love to come back.

Great accommodation experience, spacious space, historic house, well maintained, although it was a little difficult to move the luggage, but it was very worthwhile, it is a must-recommend accommodation.

Nice apartment in quiet area close to grocery store. We went skiing in Klinovec for a few days which worked fine for us.

We stayed at Zuzana's apartment for 4 nights to take a few days of ski vacation. The apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail. Everything is very modern, clean and equipped with many small extras (e.g. various charging cables, diapers, lots of toys, top brand coffee machine). Nearby is a Kaufland, so you could shop comfortably. Zuzana was great to reach and responded within a short time. We were super happy with the place and will definitely be back! Everything is great!

We stayed 3 nights on the beautiful Erzalm with the best view over Seiffen. The apartment was very nice and modernly furnished, with everything you need. A high chair and crib were even provided for our 11-month-old son. The town center was within walking distance, restaurants, bakeries, shopping were also nearby. The wellness/sauna area, which could be used all alone, as well as the children's pool, were very nice. Communication was also very nice. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment in Stollberg was really beautiful – very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. I immediately felt comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The stay was all around pleasant – absolutely recommended

A very simple accommodation with tidy amenities. Ideally suited as a starting point for hikes. Tomas is very friendly and accommodating, also responds to messages. We will certainly be back:)

The accommodation is cozily furnished, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. It has everything you could need and is also clean. We especially liked the "room" in the garden, great for lingering. And very private.

This is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Perfect even with our dogs!Everything we needed. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, close to Zwickau and super interesting! The best thing for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, home-cooked food!!! Asparagus, fish, game burger, roast really great! (Opening hours!) This short vacation was so successful!!! We'll repeat it!

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! We had a wonderful short vacation in Bozi Dar. The apartment was super tidy and clean, nice and warm and nice fresh air! The surroundings are fantastic, you can relax wonderfully on the terrace. A sauna is also available, but we were unable to use it due to the short time. But it was all completely straightforward and highly recommended. Thank you

Communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

Had a great time at Helena's lovely house. Lots of space, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking for a large group easy. Had some issues with the sauna, but Helena was very responsive and tried to have it fixed. The house is close to Karlovy Vary and to many hiking paths.

We can only recommend the accommodation. We have been there for the second time and it is still a great price/performance for the area. There's nothing missing here. The children liked to play with the existing toys and stuffed animals. Communication with Jan also went smoothly. Everything was great, 100% recommendation.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

Very nice apartment and host. The host was very welcoming and available even early in the morning. Everything was super clean, organized and well above regular Airbnb standard. Location is close to the center (5 min walk) but still quiet so families can get some rest away from the crowds. One big plus which is not to underestimate is the provided parking spot as parking in the city might otherwise be tough and rules are enforced by the police. Stayed with 5 people so one of us stayed on the couch but everyone slept perfectly. The house was very quiet and no partying neighbors. Everything was nicely prepared and the introduction to the place left no questions unanswered. 5/5 can recommend, would visit again.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)
