Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

It sleeps max. 5 people, better with upto 4. 1 bedroom with queen-bed , 1 bathroom with toilette + shower 1 livingroom with 2 daybeds as well as kitchenette with freezer, electric cooker, toaster, waterboiler, coffeemachine, satellite-TV, radio. Pets are allowed in this appartment. We will charge 35.00 Euro for special cleaning (usually paid via airbnb).
