Vacation rentals in Jaafar

Nous sommes deux étudiants français, nous avons séjourné chez Sami pendant deux semaines. Sami est un hôte extrêmement serviable il nous a accueillit a l'aéroport pour nous ramener jusqu'au logement et nous présenter tout le quartier, pendant le séjour il répondait toujours très rapidement à nos demandes, et au moment du départ il nous a encore proposé de nous déposer en voiture. De plus Sami nous a laissé à disposition dans le logement absolument tout ce qui est nécéssaire. Le logement est bien agencé et agréable on s'y sent bien. En temps que non tunisien qui venait ici pour la première fois c'était très rassurant d'être dans ce logement avec cet hôte. Si je devais trouver un point faible je dirais que le logement n'est pas placé à l'endroit le plus agréable du quartier. Mais je recommande vraiment ce logement !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce superbe appartement. l'hôte s'est montrée réactive et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons sans doute et recommandons sans hésiter si vous recherchez le calme et la tranquillité.

Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, and we found ourselves needing to stay an extra night. I reached out to the host, and he was incredibly kind and understanding—he quickly agreed to let us extend our stay by one more day. It made a stressful situation so much easier. The flat remained just as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped as during our week-long stay. We really appreciated the flexibility and great communication. Highly recommend this host for both the quality of the place and the kindness shown in unexpected situations!

Houdas Haus war einfach nur unglaublich schön und gemütlich. Die Dekoration in jeden Räume wurde mit viel Liebe und Kunst durchdacht. So lädt das Haus zeitgleich, alt-neu und modern orientalische Ambiente ein. Jede Möbelstücke, Dekoration & Ausstattung und Farben der Räume bieten eine erholsame gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man merkt, hier wurde viel Zeit, Arbeit und Liebe reingesteckt. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ich würde jedem dieses schöne Haus empfehlen, sofort! Für den Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist das Haus ein unglaubliches Jewel 💖. Wie haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Wenn wir Tunesien nochmal machen würden, würden wir direkt wieder dort wohnen wollen! Houda war reaktionsschnell, war immer da. Die Lage ist ruhig und sieht im ersten Augenblick nicht einladend aus. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt und mitten drin ist. Die Wege und Gassen sind sicher und sind beleuchtet, aber teilweise liegen Müll rum.

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de la part de Mme Ilham. La villa est très belle et élégante, elle est entièrement équipée. Le mobilier est moderne et joli, les chambres sont très propres ainsi que les salles de bain, qui sont également élégantes et modernes. La piscine est un peu petite par rapport à la grande taille de la villa. L'endroit est aussi très calme, idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du repos et du silence, loin du bruit de la ville. Merci encore à Mme Ilham pour son bel accueil.

appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et a la location toutes les conditions étaient réunis,pas très loin de l'aéroport,on trouve vraiment tous se qu'on a besoin à deux pas de l'appartement en 20 minutes vous êtes à Tunis ville et comme pour les plages de Tunis, la marsa ou sidi bousaid pas très loin en taxi pour quelques dinard en clair pas vraiment le temps de s'ennuyer,un grand merci a lili et a sa famille qui ont était vraiment accueillant tous le temps disponible et réactifs ils vous renseigne et vous guide si besoin je recommande lili pas à 100% mais à 200%.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und super sauber! Khalil hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war stets für Rückfragen erreichbar. Vielen Dank - wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

The villa itself was immaculate and spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern comfort you could think of. Each room had a touch of elegance and warmth that made it feel like home, yet still luxurious. The views were breathtaking, and the outdoor space, including the pool and garden, was absolutely perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The location was ideal close enough to the heart of Gammarth to enjoy the local restaurants, beaches, and cultural sites, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area that offered complete privacy. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Tunisia. We’re already planning our return! The host was too helpful and nice as well !
