Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Izunokuni

Kim and her husband, Chef at their wonderful restaurant Fresh Water shabushabu were extremely helpful and welcoming to my family during our stay. It helped greatly that Kim spoke very good English and clearly knew the area well. The house was pristine and had a sauna bathroom which everyone enjoyed. The view of Mount Fuji greeted us every morning except the last when the weather was very cloudy. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Fujikawaguchiko again.

I had a lovely stay in at Noriko’s place. The views are stunning from end to end. The house is so well designed, decorated, and organized. Everything is perfectly placed for when you need it. I was so relaxed here spending a lot of time on the porch and slept so well in the comfortable bed. Noriko is so kind and sweet. She always made sure I was comfortable and helped me with anything I needed. She made a reservation for me at Food Chant which I highly recommend you do if you want a beautifully prepared and special meal. She also drove me to the train station on my way out which was a nice way to relieve travel day stress. The beautiful beach is about 15 minutes walking, full disclosure there is a steep hill back home but worth it to stay here even if you are relying on walking. The bus stop is also right after the hill and the bus is easy to use to go into Shimoda. I adore Noriko and would absolutely love to come back and relax in this fantastic home.

子供が大喜びの素敵で開放感あるお家でした。 4家族で滞在しましたが、子供も親も不便なく楽しむことができました。 大人数でも困らない食器やタオル、布団などの準備がありがたかったです。 自炊したのですが調味料が無かったので持っていかなかったことが反省点でした。 お家までの道が狭くボコボコで一瞬不安になりましたが、雨でもゆっくり進めば問題ないです。

お部屋はとても綺麗で10人で行ったが十分にくつろぐことが出来た。調理器具も揃っており料理作りも楽しめた。ベランダにはサウナもありとてもいい暑さで入ることが出来全てとても満足だった。

The place is located on the hill with the amazing mountains and ocean view and prestine facilities just as shown in the photos. You can also ask Yukitoshi san for the private boat fishing. It was very relaxing and fun at the same time! You can bring the fish you've caught to their restaurant and they will cook them for you. That was quite a remarkable experience! I will definitely come back here again! The host is very responsive and kind as well. Strongly recommend to stay this place of you are looking for something slightly rural and Onsen(Hot spring) experiences!

Everything was within walking or biking distance, and the area was truly beautiful. The garden was also very charming and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was easy and we always received quick responses. I definitely recommend staying here!

お正月に、２泊滞在しました 大皿しかないと、書かれてましたが テーブルが大きいので、問題なかったです 土鍋とカセットコンロがあったので 聞けば良かったです(持参しました) 快適なお家なので、お勧めしたいです チェックアウトで急いでたので ロルフさんに、ご挨拶できずに 申し訳ございません お世話になりました ありがとうございます

Nice view of the ocean, and close to the fish market and train!

我们入住的是1楼，出入很方便，门口就有居酒屋，步行至当地的全家超市和泡汤馆都不远，中间还有个很有历史的公园，周围很宁静，非常适合放松，离公交车站也很近，对于自由行的人来说比较方便。

We had a great stay and no complaints about the property. It was spotlessly clean, check in and check out were seamless and there was cleaning products left for us as well as a fully furnished kitchen. We were very comfortable the entire time. The hill is no problem if you are relatively fit but getting our suitcases up the first day was a bit tough. If you are looking for a hub between Odawara and Hakone, this location works fine and the accommodation is very close to Iriuda station, however if you plan to explore areas like Mt. Hakone / lake ashi it does take a little more time to reach from this location.

ハイシーズンにも関わらず大人数で泊まるにはかなり安価で宿泊できました。 また、人数の増減も迅速かつ柔軟に対応してくださり助かりました。

Great place! Really big and suitable for at least 4/5 people

房东挺好的，房子安静且干净，宽敞很大，尤其是感房餐厅和阳台太NICE了。一切都很好，就是交通不便，到地铁站要走二十多分钟，还有上下坡，房东要是能提供往返租车服务就更好了

Very clean and well-designed space. The onsen access was a special, authentic treat! The personalized advice I received about local walks and places to visit was extremely appreciated. This is a great resource.

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。

最高の宿泊が出来ました。ありがとうございました。落雷の影響で数時間停電するアクシデントもありましたが、常に返信やアクションも早く、宿泊者を第一に考えてくださってると感じました。宿も素晴らしかったです。写真よりも家が広く、海が近く、新しかったので、より満足しています。おかげさまでサウナとBBQと音楽を堪能出来ました。また必ず行きます。

The condo is located right off the main drag and directly across from a semi-private cove of one of the best beaches in Shimoda! The photos are true to life, the place was in pristine condition, all appliances worked out perfectly, and the bedding was super comfortable! Cheryl is a great hostess! The one thing we wish we could have changed was the weather, as it was misty and windy during our stay, and then of course, the sun popped out the day we had to leave :( Hoping we can get a do-over and land Cheryl's place again some day!

My stay was very nice and cozy though the condo building felt quiet. Rei has great taste in design and furnishing to make her guests feel at home. Recommend to drive here so that you could explore around freely.
