We spent a very nice and peaceful weekend with my friends at Villa Yanık. The villa is quite spacious and spacious. The garden is just as beautiful. It is a very nice place for those who want to have a comfortable holiday in Sapanca. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep and the employees.

Mesut's house was a piece of paradise where the birds never stopped singing from dawn to dusk. The pool and spa were theraputic and the space luxurious. My children were capitvated by the home and the setting. Mesut thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us as your guests.

We received patient and quick answers to every question. The pool water was tremendously hot. Ideal for a pleasant short holiday. The hot bread and eggs thing in the morning was crucial:) thank you

We were greeted with a smiling face by hosts. We had a henna night and a stag party for our 6 teacher friends. It was an environment we enjoyed a lot. Very clean. Kitchen utensils were enough. Beds and linens were clean. The items were a quality. The temperature of the house and most importantly the temperature of the pool was very good. The pool was cozy even later in the night. It's a place to go from there.

The location of the house is very central. The interior of the house was tastefully selected from its curtain, to the coffee table, from the beds to its ceramics, from the cutlery, to the carpet. Cheerful and sweet house. It was great to have a filter coffee machine 🤗 The heating of the house was from the floor and it was enough for us. In case we wanted to light the fireplace, they even brought wood. The pool was immaculate and warm. We enjoyed it with the kids. We will go again. Thank you

It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

Where does one even begin when everything was just perfect? Oya and Ned are the frendliest and most caring Airbnb hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the flat and explained how everything works and to reach out to them if we had any requests. Ned was very reactive every time we messaged him to ask for recommendations and on the last day Oya made sure a taxi would be waiting for us just outside the house to take us to the airport. What else can I say? Just the perfect stay :)

My wife and I had a great 2 nights. The location of the house is very nice, no words to say to the view. The house has all kinds of amenities. It was rainy when we went and added extra beauty to this atmosphere. The house was clean, the items were clean. The host offered flexible check-in and checkout times. If I were to go again, I would definitely go without thinking.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Very nice place, on a nice street. Cars hardly drive by and it's pretty quiet at night. If you want to sleep at night, this is the place for you. The host met me and handed over the keys. Very friendly, showed us everything. The apartment has everything you need and working. The only thing is that the fridge worked strangely; it defrosted at times and became wet.. The beds are comfortable, my son slept very well. And that's the main thing! Among the disadvantages: a smoky living room and ashtrays. People smoke in the apartment, and for non-smokers it is a test. The windowsills in the bedrooms and living room are quite low, you need to be very careful. Plus, some of the furniture is falling apart. In all other respects, we had a great vacation and my son really liked it. Thank you and prosperity to you.

First of all, the decor and design of the house was really amazing. It really had a very warm environment. Every detail has been thought out for guests. It was an important detail that all of the products offered were vegan and eco-friendly. Although it was a cool weekend, we warmed up comfortably with the combi boiler. Gökçe & Derya are extremely kind and helpful people who really see their guests as “guests.” They responded quickly to everything. Thanks for the amenities and help they provided.

Emre's place suited us perfectly. It was great for us that ot had 2 bedrooms. It's quite funky for the price and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms was a real luxury for us. There was nothing lacking. The location was in a quiet back street with nice friendly handy shops across the road. Really close to ferries, busses and metro stations. Highly recommended.

5 minutes walking distance to Taksim square, we liked the location very much. It was very cozy and comfortable as it was a detached house. The owner was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the local area and guided us. We will choose this place when we come again, thanks for everything Seaview team.

The facility we stayed in was as it appeared in the photos. At the entrance to the facility, we received sufficient information about the facility by Mr. Ensar. Cleanliness was very good. Our needs and demands were answered very quickly. The communication and sincerity of all the staff, especially Mr. Ensar, is nice. We're people who believe that all the shortcomings or gaps that may occur in these types of trips can be resolved with the right communication. This is the right place in that sense. It's a great place in terms of price/performance. They didn't even hurt us for a mishap that wasn't due to them, and our weekend was enjoyable. The temperature of the pool was quite sufficient. We were able to adjust the temperature ourselves very easily.

Nice place and very comfortable to bring your family

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Caner had a nice place, very good communication

The house was very clean, the linens were clean and sufficient. The view is beautiful and night, and there is a spacious environment in the house and in the garden, most things have been considered. Rest assured about the heating, we didn't need to turn on the interior of the house, we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning, we didn't have any problems with the hot water either. While it was snowing outside, it was pleasant to look at the lake view and enter the hot pool, and the pool garden was very big and the pool temperature was very good. There are bungalows on the left and bottom of the house but no one does not see anyone is completely sheltered and privacy is taken care of. The kitchen and bathroom were also smooth. Every question was answered quickly and they were solution-oriented, and we had an enjoyable holiday, and we thank them. I recommend don't miss this house, especially when there's snow

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!
