It is located at an altitude of 40 meters to Sapanca Lake and 900 meters to the center of Eşme. You can reach Ormanya in 5 minutes, Maşukiye in 10 minutes and Sapanca in 15 minutes by car. Relax with front and back patios, custom-designed heated outdoor swimming pool. Hammocks, a fire pit and a barbecue area in the garden are ideal for pleasant times.

Although there is no house nearby, it is fully conservative surrounded by 2.5 meters of soundproofed panel walls.

You, our esteemed guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and renovated from 15.10.2024. This unique place has its own style. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca lake and has a lake view and heated pool. We also have a patio and fireplaces for the house. Eşme is 800 metres from the city center. 10 minutes to the center of Maşukiye and 10 minutes to Sapanca center and 15 minutes to Forestry.
