Excellent! The place is heavenly, super private and the care of the guardians makes you feel comfortable and reliable. We are traveling with our kitten and the place is totally safe and pet-friendly. It's not hard to get to, but keep in mind that it's about 50 minutes on the ground. The cleanliness is excellent, both at the house and on the beach. The guardians were waiting for us to arrive, to provide us with the boat service to tourist sites, they made sure that we were totally comfortable. The house has all the basic amenities, air conditioning, privacy, etc. It is preferable to bring your own food and supplies as there are no nearby places to shop.

The people who manage the tourists are very attentive and take care of the place. You can even order typical dishes... a delight... i highly recommend it a great experience

Great place to stay in Livingston. Breakfast options are available and we got free coffee. Also the view is very nice and Gloria was very helpful!

Nice place, very spacious, clean, with a spectacular lake view. In the kitchen, everything you need, well equipped. An inconvenience, in two rooms they do not cool the air conditioners and it would be good to place in the non-slip strip. I recommend the place, we would come back again.

Chalet Villaruè and our host Noelia, exceeded but far exceeded our expectations, the natural landscape, accompanied by the incredible attention of Noelia and the comforts offered by the place, made an unbeatable experience. Noelia was attentive to us at all times, from our arrival to our departure, she really made us feel at home. The Chalet Villaruè is decorated in detail and in every area of the place with many antiques, the same ones that Noelia explained its origin as well as its function for which we did not know, that adds value, since the place is full of history. the place is equipped with so many places for rest or recreation that it is sometimes difficult to choose a place to be since all its areas are beautiful, it has a cannopy for children, and we were provided with even sound equipment as well as a Karaoke to finish having fun on our trip. The Chalet is on the shore of the Lake, an extremely quiet beach that is very, very clean, the landscape is in one word, "impressive" without a doubt who goes to Chalet Villaruè, will be getting an Experience that he won't forget.

This stay at Javier's was the most memorable of my 3-month trip to Guatemala. Everything is as described, the beauty of the place, accessible only by boat, the peaceful life of the inhabitants of this Quee Chi village, the river and its natural pool, the birds... And Javier, his kindness and attention, his good food and walks to discover the region... I feel "lucky" and I hope to make you want to come and disconnect in this unique environment too!

We enjoyed the stay at the house, it's beautiful and the kids were thrilled with kayaking! We slept super well and the directions to get there helped us find it without a problem

Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We also want to give a special shoutout to German and Lucky, who took great care of us during our stay. Their help and kindness made our experience even better, and we really appreciate them. This was a 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

A little bit of paradise. Rustic but well with it.

The accommodation is simple but equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, we did not meet Ercy personally, but the contact was always quick and friendly. The hut is only accessible by boat, which costs extra. Since we traveled by car, parking fees were added. The good thing is that Ercy took care of everything. Everything went smoothly. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Nery was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him at all times. My family had a great time in Livingston and Nery was flexible with meeting at the dock and arranged for transport to the house. If ever back in Livingston, would not hesitate to rent again with Nery.

Very friendly, family like service. Don Carlos, Doña Dalila are excellent hosts. Don Calin the assistant was very helpful and polite. Excellent service all around. The location is very safe no need to lock your doors. The view, the lake and all the surroundings were relaxing and quiet.
