Very nice place 100% recommended for rest, the house is very nice and the service is excellent.

The house is super practical and has everything you need for a few days of rest, tourism or fun. I travel with two people in wheelchairs, everything is on the same level, minus the terrace where there is a small step. Vanesa and Andrés (service staff) were VERY attentive and made that in our stay nothing was missing and we were very comfortable. Thank you Lucia, your home is a luxury!

Fantastic Stay! We highly reccommend that you check yourself into this wonderful Hacienda and let the magic that is Tepoztlan make memories of a lifetime! Nacho the caretaker as well as Paula who comes to do the housekeeping are very special people, we feel lucky to have had the oportunity to shared time with them both!

Margarita is an extremely nice person and very attentive, at all times, it was on the lookout for our stay, the pool is very good in size and its garden is very nice, we really enjoyed the accommodation.

The house and garden are very nice, they match the description and photos, in a quiet area. Everything is very clean and with everything you need to spend the weekend, highly recommended. Mafer is super friendly and was ready for our arrival, and was flexible with the check-in and check-out time. We hope to be back soon.

Everything was perfect, the house was very quiet. Mr. Jesus was very kind, he went to clean on the second day because there was garbage in the pool... he wanted to make sure it wasn't dirty to use it... thank you for everything!

The accommodation is nice, quiet, somewhat far from downtown but you can get there easily, buy everything before you arrive because there are not many stores nearby, if you have a car then there is not so much problem, but if you go on foot you have to plan everything, it is not an independent entrance since someone will be opening the main access door to the complex for you, if you plan to go out at night you have to take that into account, bring your plates and glasses since there are very few or just cups, the refrigerator that I had did not cool anything, the fan did not work, a mop is needed because the refrigerator did not cool down and the ice thawed and there was no mop, but in general we had a good time

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. I highly recommend this place.

The stay is very pleasant, ideal for resting! Cristhian's house is VERY WELL EQUIPPED with great location as it is inside the green areas and not on the sidewalk or close to the parking lot where cars are going through something that is very important for those traveling with young children.

My stay at this place was pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were very attentive and gave us a warm welcome, explaining everything we needed to know about the house and the area. The property is spotless, clean, modern and very well appointed. Everything was just as described in the listing, and it even exceeded our expectations. The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. We spent a week at Martin's place and really enjoyed it! Undoubtedly the best place for our pets, they loved the garden.

We went during the dry season and the space looks very different from what it looks like in the photos. However, we had a really nice and quiet time. We had a barbecue, lit a campfire and rested excellently. Ideal for disconnecting. It is advisable to bring a jug of water. If you're having a barbecue, bring tools too.
