It has 2 rooms; one with a king size bed and another with a double bed, as well as 1 sofa bed in the living room. 15 min from the airport. 5 min from Centro Universitario de la Costa. Entrance is by the letters of the CUC, by the road to Ixtapa. Important; it is a residential development with no nearby distractions. Downtown Vallarta is a 30-minute drive away.
