The place is in very good condition, you can make a campfire, the pool is very spacious, there are Oxxos and shops very close, Lorenzo and Rubén are very attentive, it is definitely the best place in Mixquiahuala or Progreso to stay

The house and the grounds of the house are very large, you can be with several families there without a problem, as well as all the areas inside the house are very spacious, it has several areas, enough bathrooms, space, etc. It has a few small details because the house is probably already old, such as some doors-handles a little loose, etc. But it doesn't affect the experience at all. The pool is large, heated, covered, clean. The house has WiFi, a ping pong table, a pool table, some board games, and outside you can grill your meat. I made the most of every peso I spent. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this stay. The host was very friendly, attentive, and always available to resolve any concerns. Communication was clear and quick from the start. The place was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also very convenient, close to everything I needed.
