Ives Estates vacation rentals

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

Great place to stay for our group. Will gladly stay again in the future.

We stayed 5 weeks and were very satisfied with the lodging. Kate has a great custodian, Everett, who stopped by regularly to make sure we always had all the necessary supplies as we were staying longer than most guests. The pool is great and 2 parks and the beach are very close by. Nice, quiet neighborhood and supermarket and pharmacy are within short walking distance. Ten minute drive to downtown and Las Olas area. If you are planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale this is a great place to stay.

What a gem! We recently spent time at this property for a family vacation and loved every minute of it! The property itself is spacious, well furnished and a perfect home base for a beach vacation. Everything in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a short walk, and there are so many great things to keep the whole family happy! Our hosts were very accommodating with check in to match our flight schedule, and touched base during our stay to ensure everything met or exceeded our expectations. Loved the place, loved the area, and can’t wait to visit again!

The location was great. The house was clean and spacious enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone had a great time. Steve was a excellent host.

Our family of 5 loved this place. The kids wanted to know how much it would cost and if we could afford to buy it so we could live there. It was quite amazing how we could be so close to neighbors yet feel like we had our own private property all to ourselves. The backyard made for some really great times. We pretty much spent all our days and nights out there enjoying the sun, the pool, the tiki hut, and the sunset. Would definitely recommend this property and choose it again if we are in the area. Maya was a great host as well!

Прекрасные апартаменты, чисто и уютно, все необходимое для длительного отдыха, очень удобное расположение. Сам район очень тихий и приятный. Немного расстроила стройка прямо возле окон, это не беспокоит при закрытых окнах, хорошая шумоизоляция. Но в целом мы прекрасно провели время! Спасибо!

My husband and I loved our stay. Beautiful area with so much to do. Lots within walking distance. The condo was awesome! Lots of space and had all that we needed for sure! Thank you!! Loved it!

The apartment is more beautiful in person. It is well organized, private, and close to markets, restaurants, and just about 2 miles from the beach. It is the perfect place to have a relaxing time with a vintage touch but a robust Internet if you are looking to work from home. Matthew and his team are always responsive and proactive about anything you may think you need. This is one of the place you always want to come back.
