We offer an entire 2nd floor with shared main entrance and stairs on three-story house. The owner lives on the 3rd floor with her dog. The entire 2nd floor is all yours. A full kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, Japanese style tatami room (2 futon sets), bedroom (two single beds) with spacious balcony with fantastic mountain view!

In Sengokuhara, there is also a botanical garden, a museum and golf courses in harmony with the existing nature. It is very convenient to go to Odawara, Hakone-Yumoto, Gotemba, Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Haneda Airport. 富士山に一番近い湖。標高1,000ｍの高原リゾートです。冬は「ダイアモンド富士」が観れて、４月から10月は花が咲き富士山が一層綺麗に観れるシーズンです‼ 「ワカサギ釣り」は暖房付きのドーム船で春から秋、冬から春がシーズンです。林の中のログハウスで湖畔まで徒歩１０分の距離です。室内には和室用のテーブルと座布団、冷蔵庫や湯沸し器、キッチン用具を揃えてます。冬の寒さ対策として、エアコンディショナー、オイルヒーターを用意してあります。庭でバーベキュー(BBQグリル一式の使用料:1,000 円、食材と炭はご持参)や花火(ご持参)が出来ます‼ 但し、花火は21時迄で、それ以降は出来ません。ベッドは5名分です。乳児の添い寝は無料ですが、追加で布団の用意も承ります（料金は1人分2,000円）。貸し自転車を4台(1日1台1,000円)用意しています。室内は禁煙ですが、庭かテラスでの喫煙は可能。
