The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. We are in front of Pedra Selada. All access via asphalt, seven kilometers away from the Visconde de Mauá Village. The house has gas-heated water, hydro, a fireplace, smart TV, private barbecue and a full kitchen. The property has 5 independent cottages, designed and arranged to ensure everyone's privacy. We have a common area with a sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and billiards that can be used exclusively by appointment made on site.
