Very nice city, the apartment is located in the nicest part of Encarnación with an excellent view New building with security, very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment Spotless linen and towels Fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine Everything is as shown in the photos I definitely recommend it Thanks Alan!! We'll be back!

Furnished apartment with a beautiful view and pool

The apartment is in a quiet area, close to everything, Deny was friendly from the start, everything was clean, new and tidy! The view from the terrace is beautiful! You pay a small price for the pool, but in my opinion it helps to keep it quiet and with few people! I would definitely come back!

Excellent in everything. First, very conveniently located in Encarnación. Close to the Costanera and easy access to everything (shops, beach, routes to get out of the city). The apartment is very nice and very functional. And finally Marcelo helped me fix a problem with my car by finding a workshop near the apartment. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house, safe, and with all the amenities

Cynthia and her mother were very friendly and warm hosts. Particularly noteworthy is that Cynthia was always available and always answered my questions quickly and helpfully – thank you very much for that! The house is equipped with everything you need and offers a well-kept, spacious garden with a quincho for barbecuing – ideal if you are traveling with pets or simply want to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The location of the house is also excellent: Many everyday necessities are within walking distance. Large supermarkets are about 10–15 minutes' walk, as well as the beautiful Costanera of Encarnación and two of the main beaches. For smaller errands, there is a gas station right next door – super convenient! The Internet connection was also reliable and fast. I can fully recommend the place and would like to come back anytime! 😊

Comfortable and at a good price

Due to a bus schedule change we ended up at Mara’s place in the early hours of the morning. Mara communicated with us the whole time and waited at the station. What amazing service! Mara was friendly, helpful and had advice of what to do. The apartment is conveniently located and exceptionally clean. We would stay again.

Very nice house, cool in summer, you live very comfortably there, it has all the necessary equipment to enjoy an excellent vacation near the beach. It also has a very nice, quiet and peaceful garden. We really liked our stay at this house and the host is very welcoming.
