Vacation rentals with beach access in Itapúa Department

We had an excellent stay at Roxana's place. The checkin was with the 24 hour doorman, so super fast and easy checkin. Roxana was so helpful and welcoming, allowing us to check in early. We felt right at home. We slept like babies because the mattress was good and there was not too much light in the bedroom. The location was good for us, just in front of the "costanera" boardwalk, so we walked about 15min along the boardwalk to the beach most days, although there is a pool in the building. The doormen were very nice and Roxana was an amazing host always attentive and responsive to our needs or questions.

Really spotless everything, it's just like posted. Good communication with the host. Nothing to object. 100% recommended. The security personnel of the depto very attentive.

For those with a large car, the garage is perfectly catering, as well as being covered. On the terrace has a beautiful view of the city of Encarnación.

Comfortable apartment, everything well laid out. Comfortable bed, what would have been good would have been to have more pillows, at least a pair per person ....

Excellent apartment. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and organized. The friendly and attentive 24-hour porters. The host Rocio is on the lookout all the time. The only suggestion would be to place safety net in the window of the secondary room.

Very nice house, cool in summer, you live very comfortably there, it has all the necessary equipment to enjoy an excellent vacation near the beach. It also has a very nice, quiet and peaceful garden. We really liked our stay at this house and the host is very welcoming.

The apartment was spotless, well equipped and located in an ideal area. It is a few meters from the Costanera... Fernanda is a great host, I highly recommend her. She is very friendly and very communicative. We had great time together going out to different places. Also had many great conversation as well. I really enjoyed the city a lot. Everything was close by, great food and many good places with really nice views. I went out of the summer season, so the the city was very pleasant to visit without the crowd that usually occurs during summer. I hope to visit the city again and Fernanda as well.
