No doubt André provides impeccable service. I stayed for 1 month in the apartment, I was extremely well served, the staff of the reception of the building are very helpful. The apartment is very organized, cozy and the host has made all the difference in attention and service so that this is the best choice of accommodation!

The stay was very peaceful, easy to communicate, comfortable environment and peaceful location. The trip was to take a test at Pedreira Paulo Leminski and Airbnb is very close, which made it much easier for us. Roseli was super friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming with everything we needed. We only have to thank you.

The apartment is in a great location in the city, with the main tourist spots less than 5 km away and with a convenience store in front. Co-host Paulo, served us very well and was helpful in everything we needed during the period. We definitely recommend the location.

I loved the stay! The location is just perfect, right in front of the Passeio Público, with a beautiful view of the park. Everything is very practical, close to markets, cafes and tourist attractions. The room was cozy, clean and served us very well for one night. We'll be back soon!

The studio, as described, has plenty of natural light and a good space. The building is very quiet, and the administrator Marcos is very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent: a privileged, clean and very safe area with everything you need/imagine around, even a park and museum. I loved it! Communication with hosts Belquior and Daniela has always been very efficient, from the beginning. I recommend this stay.

We had a great stay at the studio, everything was extremely clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is a good size, the bed is comfortable and they had good blankets for the cold period. After check-in, where the guest is registered at the condominium entrance, it is possible to come and go easily through facial recognition identification, which makes you feel "at home". There is parking in the condominium's basement with direct access to the entrance, the price is what everyone charges in the vicinity. I intend to return more often :)

Attentive host and always responded very quickly. The doormen were very polite and kind, I loved them. Clean apartment and bed linens. The only thing missing was a TV in one of the suites. Super well located region, easy access to tourist spots, close to many restaurant and bakery options. Anyway, it met our expectations very well.

We stayed at Fabiola's house in Curitiba and, although there was an unexpected problem with the water supply, she was extremely attentive and decisive. He offered us immediate alternatives: one night he put us up in a hotel and another he provided us with another apartment to shower and stock up on water. Their willingness and goodwill made a big difference and we really appreciated their attention throughout the stay.

Telma's location met my needs for safety, comfort, hygiene, services and quick travel. Extremely cozy place, great for resting, with good acoustics and ideal lighting for sleeping. It's perfect! Very grateful for the hospitality.

My husband and I really like this STUDIO. Cozy, tasteful and most importantly: well lit. Modern, crazy and sufficient appliances in good condition. The only suggestion is that the two doors of the TV rack be open/available for use of the cabinets. And also that they have “hooks” to hang personal clothes and bath towels.

Mauro’s place is very well located- across from an upscale mall and nearby to several parks. It’s in walking distance of the city center, very near half a dozen bus stops. The kitchen was well equipped, washer/dryer (so important when you are traveling!). The security for the building is excellent. Mauro was both a responsive and helpful host. He has been very generously helping us recover some items we left behind. I can’t say how grateful we are.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming—just what we needed for a relaxing visit. Fabio’s clear instructions made everything smooth from arrival to checkout, and his thoughtful touches and warm hospitality were truly appreciated. The location was also very convenient, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. Plus, the beautiful view from the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable.
