Very clean place, all perfect structure, impeccable utensils, delicious bed. Polite, kind, proactive hosts, perfect reception. Shirley and Claudio are to be congratulated!! For those who like silence and comfort on the beach we recommend!!

From the first contact Karen was very thoughtful. He gave all the details of the house and tips on what to do in Marataízes. Throughout my six days of stay, all my questions and what I needed, she answered promptly. Ana, her secretary, is also extremely attentive. The house is exactly as advertised. It has an amazing view, comfortable rooms, t board games for the children and is close to the main avenue of the city, with options of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and snack bars. It was worth it. I had an amazing experience with my family there. My nephews loved it too, my dogs were super quiet, the place was quite spacious. We plan to come back more often. Super Indico!!

The condominium is very good, super large swimming pool, facing the sea. Bars nearby. Dead end street, quiet. Complaint only in relation to the car gate that is stuck...it takes a long time to open...sometimes you have to get out of the car and push.

These were the best days of my life, waking up to an incredible sunrise, sleeping listening to the waves of the sea, eating all meals feeling the cool breeze, being able to cross the street and walk along the beach, bathe and enjoy the scenery. Great accommodation, beautiful garden and always tidy, completely in love, I'll be back for sure. Thank you Ludoviko for your kind answers when I was looking for you, and for the accommodation, see you soon.

Super recommend the house, the city, the beaches, the sea view is beautiful, in front of the pier, just across the street, spacious house, all very good. Mr Geraldo the host, it is wonderful, very attentive, helpful, we have been for 5 days as at our house. My Recommendation is Malas and come soon ☀️🌴🏖

We were staying from 12 to 17/03/25, and from the first moment we were very well served by Mr. Wenceslau and his wife. The house was very clean and with many utensils, nearby there was a large supermarket, bakery and other shops necessary for the day to day. Some points to be improved but that do not disturb would be the Internet that does not take full in some rooms of the house, the house is a little muffled but which greatly lessens with the use of fans. In the more it was a very rewarding stay, it would come back again with certainty.

We felt at home! We had a wonderful Réveillon. We take great advantage of all the amenities of the house, the excellent space, the quiet beach. Just like the listing! In addition, Érika is a great host and helped us in everything! A high point of Itaoca, the locals are extremely pleasant and gentle, which has made our days even better. We recommend it too much!
