I liked the house very much and Fabiana is a love of person she has received us very well ,the house is well arranged like the photos everything very clean only thing that I do not recommend is that it is far away from the beach and whoever wants to be closer to the beach I do not recommend because of the distance is more the less 30 min walking slowly . More be for the case of going by car compensates too much .obg

My husband and I were very well received! Rose and Helan were super attentive, responded quickly, gave us tips on tours. We felt at home! The Loft is very cozy, we love the decor, it is small but served us well. It has a fan, hot shower, large TV, kitchen with utensils. Close to the beach, there's a bakery, bars all nearby. I'd definitely be back!

Our experience was simply amazing! Since our arrival, we were greeted with great affection, a beautiful table prepared with cake and a handwritten message that made everything even more special. The house is impeccable: well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, extremely organized and comfortable. The barbecue space is excellent and perfect for bringing the family together. The highlight, without a doubt, was the huge wooded backyard, full of fruit trees and a large space where the children could play and have fun at will. The tranquility and contact with nature made the stay even more special. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another day! As a suggestion, installing air-conditioning could make the experience even more comfortable on hotter days, but it in no way detracted from our wonderful family time. We are already looking forward to returning next summer and enjoying this charming place even more

We were staying from 12 to 17/03/25, and from the first moment we were very well served by Mr. Wenceslau and his wife. The house was very clean and with many utensils, nearby there was a large supermarket, bakery and other shops necessary for the day to day. Some points to be improved but that do not disturb would be the Internet that does not take full in some rooms of the house, the house is a little muffled but which greatly lessens with the use of fans. In the more it was a very rewarding stay, it would come back again with certainty.

I loved everything about this house, from the first message sent to Mr. Antônio, until it's time to leave. Complete house, quiet place,...my boyfriend and I were personally greeted by the host, there was a coffee table set and chocolates too, all with great affection. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Good evening I couldn't help but send my feedback! The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and fragrant, it had everything in the house that we needed for a stay without complications, the highlight is the pool area, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained, the water was super clean, we didn't get hot, because it has air-conditioning in every room in the house! Paulo answered our questions very quickly! We'll be back for sure! Thank you

Excellent house, everything new, including furniture. The place has everything you need for a beach trip. The house has everything from a beach chair, stroller and all the kitchen utensils. Very quiet place and close to the beaches. It has an electronic gate, parking spaces and a barbecue area. It surpassed the expectations.

Janaina received us very well, the house was beautiful all prepared for the arrival of my family, very smelling and organized, were days of rest that made us feel that we were at home, if I could advise you not to think twice before you go, we look forward to our return.

Alexandre's house is sooo much better than the photos and directions. Spacious, large, tasteful house with pool and super comfortable outdoor area. After 14 years away from Marataízes, I returned and kept magical moments in my memory. I highly recommend Alexandre's house. When in doubt, don't hesitate! It's sure to be a success.

The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach. Attentive and helpful hostess. The stay was smooth from start to finish. Recommended!

João, we love the days we spend there, the view is spectacular, access to the beach is just cross, what I loved, we love!!! My family and I feel good mttt. Qt to the unforeseen unfortunately occur and you solved it quickly. If God allows we will be back soon!!!

The house has exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well maintained. The host's mother is a delightful person – kind, cordial and very proactive. Leonardo, the host's son, was always available to answer questions, with great attention and speed. Evilásio was also very pleasant and attentive, always willing to help. The location is excellent: quiet, safe place, great for resting and walking. We felt at home and we will definitely be back.
