The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say the best in Praia da Enseada. We'll be back other times.

We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

The house is wonderful, the view is surreal! All rooms are air-conditioned, the game room has an arcade that was the joy of the children. Privileged location, close to the beach and all trades, in addition to the security of the condominium. We had good communication with Henrique (host) and Mrs. Bete (service provider). We'll be back for sure and recommend getting to know.

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

The house is very simple but it met our needs well. Pool and location are a great differential that was worth a lot. The service and attention of Alessandra also counted a lot. It was a great weekend.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

We were delighted with the apartment all very clean and organized! Fresh little windows with clean curtains... tv... fans . Paulo always attentive responded at the same time. Not to mention that the apartment has a wonderful view to the beach! 3 minutes from the beach. I'll be back more often, yeah We are already planning our return 🐱 kkk was worth every cent!

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. Have been incredible days and we will definitely be back!
