It was all as expected, cozy, very pleasant place, welcoming host and very responsible for the stay, attentive and resolved it was necessary promptly. The house had everything we needed, everything working, and with quality, we just suffered a little the heat of the summer, because we had no air conditioning at the moment, but we met with fans.

Cynthia's accommodation is very comfortable, the view and the exit to the sea is wonderful. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the kitchen has everything you need in case you need to cook. The wifi works perfectly and everything looks very clean. It is close to several extremely inexpensive and very good restaurants on the coast. Cynthia was an incredible host, she welcomed us with very good energy and gave us very favorable directions, super friendly. We will definitely be back and we recommend it without hesitation!

Sergio's house is great, better than shown in the photos,including. Very spacious, well-equipped and with homemade 24 at your disposal for any questions. I went as a family and perfectly met all our expectations.

The house is very large, located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The areres are very beautiful. The pool is large, has fenced, has automatic filter, only has no waterfall. The kitchen is very well equipped. The Internet was very bad in the days we stayed, unfortunately. You can go to the beach walking. Caution at the time of the bath, the showers passed current. The garage lock has no lock and sometimes gave a sense of vulnerability. The value of water and electricity gave less than 200 for 4 days of consumption, paying attention to waste.

How kind the girls are - this was our first trip after the new direction that life guided us. Always with great care, great affection and attention, they soon tried to adapt the whole house to our very specific needs. The house is extremely comfortable, large rooms with air, large balcony, full kitchen, genius pool, attentive staff… there could be no other place than this one to welcome us and make us feel at home. The house is very good. Rooms with good sizes, with air conditioning in the suites. Good structure of the outside area. Needing some repairs due to weather wear and sea air. It has all the kitchen utensils. You have to pay for water and light at the end of the accommodation. The communication was excellent with the host. Thank you Mariana for your attention.

We spent 10 incredible days in the house , very comfortable, with everything impeccable. We were greeted with a delicious liqueur and a cake specially prepared for the children – a gesture that delighted us from the beginning! In all rooms it had 2 towels , perfect ! Dag, which received us, was always attentive, charismatic and ready to serve us with all the care and affection. We were truly delighted with the experience. We loved the house and its perfect location, with quick access to the other beaches. Sure, we'll be back soon!

Perfect Hosting! Super indico, very helpful hosts and I always attend to us providing a great experience ! House in gated condominium and on the beach ! All rooms are air-conditioned! Very complete kitchen with all the utensils! It even had utensils for the beach ! Up to new barbecue they put in to further improve our stay !

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and everything is very nice. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but those responsible for the guardhouse are very attentive. The path to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low is super quiet, but when it is high it is a little scary (we chose to go to another beach that has a structure of huts that is a 5-minute drive). The only inconvenience was the pool, which was not suitable for use. According to the responsible guy (I don't remember his name now, but he's a super nice, pleasant and helpful guy) she had a problem that was making the water color cloudy. For us it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax for a few days in the midst of nature, it's really worth it!
