Me and my wife celebrated our first anniversary here and really enjoyed the entire place. Everything was clean. The view was perfect and the pool was nice.

The penthouse is impeccable. Even better than in the photos. And the richness of details captivates even more. The host takes care of everything, making the stay even more cozy. I'm sure that, on other occasions, I won't think twice: it will be my first choice. Thank you for your hospitality and please excuse me for anything.

I recommend your stay, all according to the listing description. The apto is located in a very good condominium, safely, excellent swimming pool, gym, courts and still has a very good market next door. Great choice and the hosts are to be congratulated on the service.

We spend three days in a dream on Flamingo beach. The lodging was actually very beautiful, with all the amenities. And the reception was wonderful. We were in the middle of nature. We really needed it. We'll be back as soon as possible. Thank you.

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and has a priceless view. Maria Clara was always available and willing to help. I got a little tangled up with the electronic lock and once again Maria Clara saved the day. Spectacular location, close to the mall, McDonald's next door, the walk to the Barra lighthouse is very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in this house at the beach. Everything was fine, the pool, the volleyball field, the soccer field. Very well equipped kitchen. Great that they provided different balls and equipment for playing. The hosts were always available answering any questions we had. Great service with a local representative at the site that helped with any request we may have. Would like to come back another time!

Sergio's house is great, better than shown in the photos,including. Very spacious, well-equipped and with homemade 24 at your disposal for any questions. I went as a family and perfectly met all our expectations.

My second time staying at Gustavo's apartment. I came back because I already knew the location and accommodation were first-rate! For those who need to work and want to run to enjoy two hours of beach at lunchtime, it is simply perfect because it has all the necessary structure to work and cook at home and is less than 100 meters from the beach. Complete and well-equipped apartment, wonderful location, close to supermarket, bars, bakeries, pharmacies and, of course, the beach of Porto da Barra and its restaurants! Everything is very clean and organized, amazing host. I highly recommend it!

It was the best days we spent, I wanted to thank Manuelita because there are few people who use transparency and honesty in the announcements, in this case the structure surprised everyone, very centralized house near the Beach, it had everything, clean bathrooms, well-ventilated rooms, clean swimming pool every day, beautiful garden with plenty of birds, very well assembled kitchen with all utensils, as a suggestion my wife only missed the (Air Fryer), In the end I recommend everyone and for sure as soon as possible we will return soon.

Waking up every day to that landscape was a privilege. I was traveling with an elderly person and the environment was perfect: quiet, very accessible and with everything we needed nearby. The host was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend and certainly would return!

The accommodation was great! First, I want to highlight that this is the type of accommodation where hosts really connect to the platform's philosophy, to the concept of community — while many have been going against the grain, making Airbnb just a private business plan. Andréa's apartment has a valuable simplicity, reminiscent of a mother's house: that house that has history, that welcomes you and embraces you just because you are there. Not to mention the sea view, which is an attraction in itself — really very beautiful. A wonderful region, especially for those who appreciate nightlife, with people living the city and having their well-deserved leisure time. There are many restaurants, bars and parties there, open every day. Everything was as advertised, with clear instructions and super accessible communication during my stay. And what made the difference was seeing hosts genuinely concerned about my well-being after I lost my cell phone in a transport - and the generosity in helping me search for it.

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

Great accommodation! Delivered exactly what was promised in the photos. New furniture, clean and cozy. Great location, near the circuit, bakery and restaurant. All very accessible for those who want to enjoy the Carnival.

I stayed for over 3 weeks and felt so at home. I was genuinely sad to leave. The view was incredible. Words can’t describe it. When anything came up that I needed, I got a quick response and it was always pleasant and helpful. I would stay here 10x over. The only thing to note is if you like to sleep in past 9am make sure to bring ear plugs, as the location is located next to the indoor/outdoor athletic center and can be very loud in the morning and throughout the day. But it was one of my favorite parts of the stay, as I loved hearing the true community life buzzing around me and my ear plugs prevented noise if I had a late night before. I don’t typically write reviews, but this was well worth it. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Jadson's accommodation and everything was great! My husband and I stayed in the bedroom, and my brothers in the living room (one on the sofa bed and the other on an extra mattress). The bathroom is inside the room, but that didn't bother us at all. And the house had a filter, which was great, because we didn't need to buy water! The location is excellent: in front of an Itaú bike and Jet scooter point (we arrived at Forte da Barra in 10 min!), with a beautiful view of Ondina. Close to everything: Fatima bakery (wonderful), Pizza Hut, Três Gordinhas bus stop, laundry 5 min (R$16.90) and several pharmacies. The building has a swimming pool until 10 p.m. and a small gym (I used it and found it functional, despite few machines). Practical, comfortable and very well located. I highly recommend it!

The apartment has a fantastic location in the heart of Rio Vermelho, with leisure and entertainment options minutes away. When we arrived at the condominium, the gatehouse had not received our information to allow entry to the condominium, but everything was resolved within minutes after telephone contact with the host. The apartment is quite spacious, and has a beautiful view of the sea and is close to the Paciência beach. The parking space is very good too. We had a bit of difficulty in finding the lobby when leaving the apartment on foot, we did not receive guidance from the lobby regarding the different engineering of the building. In addition, the stay was quite pleasant.
