Large and comfortable house. It accommodated 6 people very well. Excellent outdoor area to relax in the pool.

We stayed at Fernando's house in Bom Jesus do Itabapoana. Fernando is kind and helpful. As we were late for our arrival time, Fernando gave us all the information to do the "self check-in". The property is pleasant, located in the upper part of the city in a more recently urbanized neighborhood, close to the center. We like the place and will stay again when we return to Bom Jesus.

Ana Carolina and Adriano were very attentive throughout the previous contact to stay. The instructions were clear, and the reception during the check in very effective. I traveled with my mother who is 96 years old, and I wanted to visit some family members. The house was chosen exactly for the accessibility and the possibility of eating at home. And it was a great fit! The space served us perfectly and we were very pleased with the stay! In addition, the outdoor space by the river, is a bonus! We are grateful to Ana Carolina for your attention and kindness! I highly recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming host. She lives on top of the property. Very clean and tidy house. The only question is that there is no air conditioning. I wouldn't mind paying more to have the equipment, as the city is too hot. Weak Wi-fi, not doing well in the whole property

Juliana was extremely kind and attentive, she helped me a lot when I needed it! The site met all my needs and expectations! Everything was as advertised! Super worth it! I highly recommend!!

bOM I will talk about the city and the house , the city itself , there is nothing to do , nothing at all. Place to rest, there is no shop , there is nothing cinema in the city . It is a town in the countryside. on the other hand, the house is located in a gated community of super quiet houses and good neighbourhood, perfect for bringing children up to 10 years old, as it has a small square inside the condominium to play with the children without concern. the house is very beautiful , there is everything in the house about kitchen and bedding . The only one for now is the tv . It has two tv in the house, but it only takes one channel and the cell signal is very weak , it took my chip from vivo well. if it is from another operator only picks up outside the house . but only giving a tip , because mobile signal the owners of the house are not to blame... but in all, very nice the place and super recommend it. hosts are super good people of easy communication. and good trip to all ...

My family and I had an amazing weekend at the house. The house is as advertised, extremely clean and organized, we arrived with everything ready for use. The location is excellent, the back is to the sea, a few steps from the bakery/market. The service of the host family, especially Lucia, was a show apart. Attentive, kind, available, gave wonderful tips on restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias and other shops in the region. We highly recommend the stay!

The house is very well structured and newly renovated! The rooms are large, spacious backyard with barbecue area with sink and wooden table in the outdoor area, the Host left beach chairs available, plenty of kitchen utensils, there are shops in the vicinity that held our last minute needs well, the house corresponds to the photos.
