Entire house, clean and cozy.

Accommodation located 1.5 km from downtown Itabira. You can count on a comfortable, airy, clean, planned and well-lit environment, exactly as the photos show The street is not as beautiful as one might expect. It is a narrow cul-de-sac, with no luxury or beauty, but we have a great neighborhood and tranquility, especially for long-term rentals. We take care to always leave everything well organized and clean for each guest, I count on your support to leave the house clean as well.

our little house

Our space is a part of our home, which will now welcome new people :) We built it with many feelings of love and affection, and we want to share a little bit of that with you. On the premises, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and office, as well as access to the shared garden and swimming pool. We have four harmless puppies, who will welcome you with a lot of love and enter your home if the gate is left open, lol. Welcome :)

There are 3 bedrooms, one en-suite, all with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed, which can be two, if requested. All beds have full bed linens. Garage for two cars.

We are in the best spot in the Amazon neighborhood with a bakery , produce and gym on the block. We are locator behind the bread workshop bakery.

Our stay at the Rancharia was simply PERFECT We went in a group of 9 people and 2 children. The place is exactly the same as the photos, very large the rooms, and everything was well preserved because it underwent a renovation recently. It's a century-old farmhouse that we love to get to know a bit of history through our hosts. Mariana welcomed us very well, we traveled a lot, but this place marked us for the reception. We got a basket of homemade sweets as soon as we arrived. If you're looking for peace, quiet, nature. It's the ideal place. Since there were children, they loved fishing, going to feed the chickens, seeing the horse. In addition to having waterfall trails a few miles from where we were staying.

I stayed for 9 days at the hotel, whistle through the simple room. The hotel is simple, but it's great due to location and they also keep cleaning up, I like that. The staff are helpful, there is a restaurant on the ground floor where lunch is well made and the price is great, the bathroom of the simple room is shared, but smp is clean and there are three. About the points to improve: in the simple room I stayed there was no corner for me to hang my towel, in the bathroom there was no shelf, I missed it. At breakfast the protein is mortadella, it should be egg or at least cheese, I found the different options of the photos. So I preferred to buy egg and make. The Wi-Fi does not work in the bedroom you have to go to the living room, from the bedroom you can hear people talking. And there was once an employee who is a lord passed by the window of my room and I was uncomfortable, my window was open, he should avoid doing this by having a guest. In summary is a good place, vcs should have insta. Obg?
