The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

With the ecological beehive "BEe RESeT", we have created a corner that can offer you a real escape from the everyday routine in today's fast-paced life, where you can take time for yourself, calm down and relax. It is designed in such a way that all your senses are awakened in it. When you enter it, press the RESET button and indulge in the beneficial effects of natural materials and the nature that surrounds you. Bees, these little creatures with an extraordinary mission, will take care of everything else.

Galeria Cornelia- Istrian House / Heated POOL

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Novouređeni apartman Marija nalazi se 250 m od centra mjesta Barban. Kuća je samostojeća sa privatnim ograđenim dvorištem i parkiralištem, uređenim vrtom za ugodan boravak i opuštanje, terasom. Apartman ima 40 kvadratnih metara i sastoji se od kompletno opremljene kuhinje sa sofom na razvlačenje, tv, satelit, internet,klima uređaj, spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom i kupaonice. Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Enjoy a perfect holiday in the completely renovated Mediterranean villa "Casa degli Artisti". Located just 2 minutes walk from the Old Town of Rovinj, Rosso tiny house offers a unique place for a stylish holiday. The 36 sq.meters house with direct access from the peacefull street is completely private. You will have a cozy interior in a traditional style, a well equipped kitchenette.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.

Amazing house, nice and peaceful, ideal for chilling-out overlooking the sea and the city at your feet! Large terrace witn an open kitchen gives it a real charm. The garden is well kept and maintained with special care. It is the Old City Centre but within a residential area!
