My apartment is in a beautiful 18th century building and it's recently been renovated with a lot of love and care. It's within walking distance to the beaches and really close to the main square and the Cathedral. My place is ideal for some privacy and a lovely romantic escape - it's really quiet at night. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars. You'll love this place for its ambience, comfy beds, the neighbourhood, the outdoor space and light.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. This wonderful place , owned by the same family for more than 200 years, can only be described as majestic , tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. One of the ancient jewels of Istria .

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
