Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

I had a very good stay here. The best part was the communication of the owner and how flexible he was for check in and check out. The rooms were very clean and the view was the best you can get (better view of the river and Istanbul city than most restaurants!) It was a bit scary to walk around at night though. Unfortunately some of the facility (especially one shower was clogged and how water was limited) were faulty but overall an amazing stay

I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

Murat’s apartment had a stunning view over the church and out to a mosque. It felt really private and really special because of the location and view, Everything was perfectly as described and despite a late flight out check in was great. We needed a baby cot and that was provided. Overall it was the perfect place to explore Istanbul

Big and cozy apartment, minutes walk from from transport commute hub. Very quiet location, beautiful views, lot of restaurants nearby. I would like to stay here again.

Our stay was lovely. We had a few minor issues, but Mr. Emrah resolved it quickly. I can tell everyone who is thinking of going: The view is great, the communication of the people where we stay is very good and there is an environment where you can feel completely comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. One of the most important advantages for me was that there was free indoor parking and an outdoor parking lot belonging to the apartment. Thank you again Mr. Emrah for everything. If we ever get in the way again, we would definitely like to stay again.

I rented the apartment for the second time, very satisfied with the staff. Thank you Madona and Ahmet for your attention, the rooms are clean and if there are household issues, they are quickly resolved. The location of the property is very convenient, close to the Yenikapi metro and bus stop, shops, cafes and clothing market. The promenade of the Marmara Sea is a 10-minute walk away. I was satisfied, next time we will definitely stay at this hotel. P.S For lovers of cooking at home, there is a kitchen in the devices.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

We really enjoyed everything!! It was extremely close to everywhere, the street where it was was very nice. The amenities, cleanliness, and adequacy of the house worked really well for us. It provided a very nice holiday.

Zafer is a very attentive and reliable host! He was always there for us. The location is just great. The window view is breathtaking — you can see the hills and the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this house for an Istanbul stay.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!

I would like to thank Mr. Emin for his understanding, flexibility, and for offering me a pleasant stay. The house is very cute, the location is nice and easy. Everything was spotless.
