Vacation rentals with lake access in İstanbul

The house met our expectations in every respect, we were very satisfied in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Communication was quick and helpful. The location was also quite central, a place we can choose again. & Thank you for everything!

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

The host was extremely friendly. We were able to reach it no matter what time it was. It was a very nice experience for us. I recommend a home where you can comfortably spend time and not be bored with close friends or family.

A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

It was fairly simple to find with the car and instructions. It was a nice place in the coutryside 12-15 minutes drive away from the sea. The host was helpful. Only downside perhaps was that one could hear the birds from outside singing, but maybe that is what you are looking for. Also the bathroom had musty smell perhaps from the towel or pipes. But for the price very good place.

It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

It is very identical with what you see in the pictures, Asmali Mescit is one of my favorite districts in Istanbul because of night life, this place is just in the heart of it. Savas is a kind fellow helped me to carry my luggage. I can only suggest the curtains with thicker ones as street lights came in the room. A clean, decent Airbnb for the ones who want to explore Istanbul most of their time, recommended

Arif's place is absolutely perfectly located ! If you wish to discover Istanbul in a few days without too much stress, it's just ideal ! You can literally walk everywhere or take the tramway with Tophane stations being 1-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is so cool as well, with many bars, cafés and shops all around (everything is uphill though, but that's the whole city's charm !) As per the flat itself, it's really cozy and comfy, with great views all around. Just note that it's at the top of the building with narrow stairways, but it's so worth the climb ! It can get hot at the end of the day, but it has AC. So great to have a place feeling like a real home, well equipped and charming rather than a taste-less airbnb. Would totally recommend it !

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very nice. There was a single-vehicle parking space available. The view was perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Apartment is exactly as described in Airbnb. Everything is very clean. And confortable. Balat is very picturesque district. Unbelievable. Me and my friends felt very safe. Near the house is sinagoga, 24 hours every day you may see police car close to it. You may eat, drink, or buy everything in a small markets very close to apartment. Tram and bus station is also very close...few minutes (5-10) Only one thing confusing me and my friends...when you get address you wouldn't see word "Balat", you will see Ayvansaray. If you used tram you have to go in/out in Balat! Not Ayvansaray. If you you use taxi i could recommend Balat Beauty Boutige house very close to apartment. They officially arranged transfer to airport. If i go again i will choose this apartment. Host is very kind and attentive to his guests.

This apartment was our home for four days in May 2025. We loved getting to know the lovely neighbourhood of Cihangir and using this as our base to explore Istanbul. Oz is a fantastic host and such a warm and genuine guy who was always prepared to assist us. There are supermarkets within 200m, cafes everywhere, and the T1 tram and Kabatas ferry terminal straight down 300 steps below the apartment (the climb back up is worth it!). Taksim Square and Istiklal Street is an interesting 15 minute walk away too. Calling an Uber is instant because the taxi rank is just over the road. (FYI the Uber airport trip is about 1400TL) Thanks Oz for being a fantastic host! We can't wait to return again from Australia
