very very good value. Loved the heated floors after a long day of skiing or hiking in the mountains. Azat provided very good instructions on how to get in and the location was walkable from the bus station only 10 minutes. other than that the kitchen was great, tons of hot water and many groccery stores nearby a true gem for Karakol.

На территории комплекса - абрикосовый сад, поеданием плодов которого можно с удовольствием заняться после купания в Иссык-Куле)))) Чистый и немноголюдный пляж в минуте ходьбы от дома. Сервис отзывчив и внимателен, было приятно взаимодействовать. Всегда на связи, помогают с организацией досуга, готовят вкуснейшую форель на гриле. Жаль что мы приехали только на выходные, в следующий раз приедем к вам на бОльший срок. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

We had an excellent experience with the furnished villa; the owner is not only communicative and cooperative but also kind and accommodating. The villa is top-notch and elegant, offering any amenity we needed. Its vast agricultural background, along with features like a sauna and indoor swimming pool, make it stand out as one of the finest residences I've visited. However, addressing issues related to water supply and hot water interruptions during winter would make it the perfect villa in this area.

Apartment was cosy and convenient, view from balcony was nice, enjoying nature. Overall, location was peaceful and had nice restaurants, close to beach, enjoyed stay.

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

모이낙 이라는 콜리 반려견이 게스트를 맞이 합니다. 매우 영리하고 사람을 잘 따르며 말을 잘 듣습니다. 숙소를 운영하시는 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 마음이 따뜻하십니다. 교통시간을 예측 하지 못해 늦은 저녁에 체크인을 하였는데 , 정말 정말 친절하게 맞이 해 주셨습니다. 주변 자연 환경은 정말 너무 아름답습니다. 위치가 산속에 위치하여 마음과 건강이 치유 되는 느낌을 받았습니다. 가족들과 방문 해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 여름 시기가 가장 좋은 시절 일 것 같습니다. 키르기즈스탄을 여행 한다면, 또 방문 할 계획입니다.
