Beachfront vacation rentals in Isola del Giglio

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great experience on the farm! We loved the beach bike ride and the morning view of the cows. Happy we booked our stay here. Check in was flexible which was much appreciated.

Wunderbare Lage im wunderschönen Giglio Porto. Am Puls im kleinen Hafen mit immer angenehmen Tönen von Meer, Möven, Schiffen und dem ruhigen Treiben auf der Stasse. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom lauschigem kleinen Balkon. Der Kontakt mit Mario war immer sehr verbindlich und unkompliziert. Die Tips für die Insel haben wir erwandert und kulinarisch genossen - die Gastronomie ist ein Genuss! Wir freuen uns sehr auf ein nächstes Mal.

Casa bella, pulita ed esattamente come da descrizione. Giardino molto grande e curato con recinzioni idonee che ci hanno dato tranquillita' e sicurezza con i nostri cani. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi dalla bau beach libera) e ai servizi. La madre di Andrea e' stata carina e disponibile. Tutto davvero ottimo! Spero di tornarci 🤞🏻

This view is breath taking. Once in a lifetime. It is difficult and sometimes dangerous to get to but it is well worth the view. The breeze on the balcony is amazing and relaxing.

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

Gut ausgestattte Wohnung mit sensationellem Meerblick, schattiger, sicherer Parkplatz, direkter Strandzugang. Zwei Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, Geschäfte in Albinia (2km), jede Menge Ausflüge möglich (Agentario, Giglio, Saturnia, Pitigliano, ..) , mehrere tolle Strände in der Nähe, Rad- und Wandertouren (Maremma, Argentario) möglich, gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Merci à Daniela , pour ce séjour très agréable dans sa casetta en pleine nature avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et l’île de Giglio par beau temps. Une parenthèse hors du temps.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Meine Freundin und ich haben eine wundervolle Woche in Giulias Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer separaten Anlage, zu der nur Gäste und Eigentümer der dortigen Häuser Zugang haben. Das Apartment ist toll gelegen, inkl. Meerblick und einer großen, zum Teil überdachten, Terasse. Giulias Wohnung ist für 2-3 Personen passend und perfekt ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, mit dem Check-In und Check-Out hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Zugang zum Meer, den man nach ca. 10 min. zu Fuß erreicht und den man sich mit den weiteren Gästen der Anlage teilt. Die nächste Stadt - Porto St. Stefano ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15 min. zu erreichen. Giulia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die auf alle Nachfragen sehr schnell reagiert und sich im das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert - alles wunderbar. Wir können Giulias Apartment für alle empfehlen, die ruhige Tage am Meer verbringen möchten an einem wundervollen Ort, fernab vom Massentourismus. Gerne kommen wir wieder - Grazie mille!!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Zeer grote, mooie tuin. Perfecte privacy. Achteraan het domein heeft de eigenaar evenwel een eigen verblijfplaats, met eigen ingang. Gelukkig was tijdens onze periode de eigenaar niet aanwezig, want dat zou dat perfecte privacy-gevoel wel wat hebben verminderd. Het is een oudere villa maar voorzien van alle comfort. Moderne goed uitgeruste badkamers. De keuken is ook zeer functioneel, maar niet gemoderniseerd. Dat wisten we vooraf, want duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Silva is een perfecte host : proactief en zeer vriendelijk. Ook de extra poetsbeurten die we hadden gevraagd werden perfect geregeld door Silva en uitstekend uitgevoerd door Sabrina. Het enige nadeel van de locatie en de gehele omgeving is dat er veel muggen zijn.

Mauro was very responsive. Check in instructions were good, the apartment was easy to find and it was great to have a big drive to park in. The apartment is spacious, clean and looks newly decorated and the view is lovely - we loved the early mornings out on the terrace. The apartment is well-equipped and the kitchen is very well stocked. With just a couple of small improvements, it could be 5 star - more than one pillow per head, sun loungers or a sofa on the terrace, a working parasol and a tidier garden. But overall we had a good stay. It should be noted that the apartment isn’t in Porto San Stefano but a short drive outside it and access to the beach (pictured) is not for the faint hearted - there’s no pavement and the road’s quite busy. Our dog wouldn’t have been able to manage the steps down to the underpass, nor would anyone with mobility issues or push chairs.

Appartamento molto pulito e fornito di tutto. Nonostante il caldo (noi abbiamo soggiornato in agosto), la casa rimane fresca siccome si trova in pineta ed e' dotata di zanzariere e ventilatori. Il mare e' raggiungibile a piedi (spiaggia libera e pulita e mare cristallino). La zona e' molto tranquilla (per es. la vicinanza del campeggio non e' assolutamente un problema). Il parcheggio (gratuito) si puo' trovare molto facilmente in pineta alla fine della via. Per la spesa, e' stato molto comodo per noi utilizzare il mini-market del campeggio, altrimenti c'e' un Carrefour Express in centro a Marina di Grosseto (30 min a piedi o 5 min in macchina). Il nostro Host Luisa e' stata molto gentile e disponibile. In generale, per noi (famiglia con 2 bambini in eta' scolare) e' stata una vacanza molto riposante siccome e' tutto a portata di mano senza necessariamente usare la macchina.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, zwei schöne Terrassen, Meerblick, Anfragen wurden zeitnah gelöst.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr sonnig und alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Vittorio war sehr hilfreich und gab gute Tipps.

Alloggio piccolo ma curato nei dettagli. La signora Simona è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et le jardin sont très bien pensés et aménagés ! Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le sable en sécurité puis juste une barrière à ouvrir et nous voilà déjà dans l'eau. Sans oublier bien sûr la magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci pour tout !!!

Come da descrizione e da foto, l'appartamento è in ottima posizione e lo si vive molto bene. Siamo su una piccola isola e bisogna adeguarsi al flusso dei turisti giornalieri, ma per buona parte della mattina e nel secondo pomeriggio si vive in una situazione di tranquillità unica. Consigliamo di avere assolutamente le scarpette anti-scoglio, di portarsi spesa alimentare per cucinarsi da soli almeno i primi giorni (l'unico alimentari e i due ristoranti sull'isola sono buoni, ma molto cari), di esplorare l'isola per scoprire paesaggi e calette molto belle. Prima del soggiorno ci eravamo sentiti con Domenico che ci aveva dato tutti i suggerimenti su cosa portare, come gestire la casa, ecc, seguendoli è andato tutto ok. Siamo capitati in alcuni giorni in cui Domenico non era sull'isola, ma ci ha aiutato e seguito il suo amico Andrea che ringraziamo molto. Torneremo volentieri anche per farci un'altra spaghettata e chiacchierata assieme.

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe avec vue incroyable dont on ne lasse pas. Calme et pratique. Plage de sable immense à 15 mn à pied ou 5 mn en voiture. Localisation idéale pour des visites des environs (site archéologique, terme, etc…). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et l’accueil de l’hôte. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Michel
