The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. 5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Couple with 2 young children. We had 3 great days in this beautiful and pleasant house, inside and out. Although next to a small road, there is no nuisance, it is very quiet. We ate all our meals in the garden, contemplating the beautiful cherry tree and listening to the frogs in the evening. The house is tastefully decorated, very comfortable and has all the amenities. 5 minutes from the Mer de Sable, 15 minutes from Senlis and 25 from Chantilly. Very flexible check-in and check-out. What a joy!

Just had an absolutely brilliant 3 night stay at this property and we were sad to leave. The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable and homely. The kitchen is as well equipped as it could be with more gadgets than we have ever seen in a holiday cottage. The bathroom is downstairs but there is a toilet upstairs. The shower is really good with plenty of towels. The bed was really comfortable. The enclosed garden is huge with a shaded area, plenty of seating and a brand new gas bar b que. The pool is at the bottom of the garden accessed through a gate at the other side. It is warm, covered and spotlessly clean. The games room is opposite with table tennis, table football and many bikes. Manon was very communicative. I could go on and on but will just add that my husband, dogs and I could not have have had a better time.

Very well arranged accommodation, very clean and functional, everything is there. The main room is quite large which allows you to have a lot of space especially when there are several of you or like us when we arrive with dogs. Natalia is a very nice host who takes care of her guests. The best thing about this accommodation is the small outdoor terrace and the path leading to the banks of the Grand Morin, the river that winds along the department. The least would probably be the excessive heat because we had a very hot weekend. If I had to come back to the area, however, I'd be happy to come back. Thank you Natalia for this lovely accommodation.

Warm house, very well-equipped, well-insulated (pleasant in hot weather), functional. The garden and terrace are nice. Clean house in a good location. We had a great weekend together.

Very convenient to the Paris airport. Lovely peaceful place in a beautiful garden. Sandra was very kind to let us check in a bit early which we really appreciated.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Great stay! Pleasant, quiet and peaceful. We had a pleasant time in the sun, unfortunately enjoying the shallow pool. I highly recommend going there!

A beautiful apartment where you will find everything you need, a pool that offers a little relaxation after the exhausting city tour and loving care by excellent hosts (always approachable, a filled refrigerator) - nothing is left to be desired. We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Had a super stay in Victor's apartment. In a nice and central place in Paris. We visited friends who live in Montmartre, but also explored other parts of Paris. Victor is a very helpful host and shares all kinds of useful information in advance. Instructions for picking up key and entering apartment also very clear. In addition, Victor is super friendly. We would recommend it to everyone!

Great accommodation. Highly recommended. Communication was great. We forgot a few things in the apartment and were allowed to return after check-out time. It is certain that if I return to the area, it is a home that perfectly meets my expectations.
