Vacation rentals with a patio in Isle La Motte

We had a very comfortable stay. The setting on the river was quite peaceful, and the home was comfortable. It was a quick drive to Norwich University to watch hockey and visit our daughter, also a quick drive into Montpelier. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in, and we enjoyed setting the puzzle. We will definitely stay again when we come back for another visit.

Tanner was the ultimate host. His property was pristine and worked out great for two couples. He had labeled all the cabinets in the kitchen so that it was easy to find whatever you were looking for! The lockable outside shed for our bikes was a huge plus. The stairs to the 2nd floor apt were a bit steeper than normal but were still easy to navigate. The living room had multiple seating options. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and ample towels were available. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great stay at Nicole’s cozy loft home. There was a major power outage in town minutes after we checked in. Nicole was very responsive and worked with Airbnb stuff to get us settled down. The house was exactly what it looked like in the photos. Highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Mac's place! The apartment has everything you could need, we especially liked the many options for making coffee. The photos definitely don't do it justice and I probably said I wish I lived there a hundred times. One thing is we did find the water pressure to be a bit low in the shower and it took a while for the water to warm up. Could just be a symptom of these old houses so it didn't bother us. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice apartment, as pictured. Comfy bed, high quality linens and towels. Quiet area. Host is very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Only negative is that it not really what I would call walkable in the winter. Banks of snow on both sides of the road and no where to get off the road if a plow should happen to go by. (It snowed almost daily when we were there.) I found myself driving the 2 mins to take my dog to Stowe’s Rec Trail a lot. The trail is really very nice but not walk-out-the-door convenient.

The home was very comfortable and spacious. The sun room in particular was a wonderful bonus room. The stove was appreciated and added that special touch of warmth. I would definitely recommend Jackie's home to others and would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Highly recommend! Location was perfect walking distance to downtown Plattsburgh. Very clean space, just as advertised, and great communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Rob's place is perfect. The amenities are spot on. His place comes with everything you need. The top five things of Rob's place: 1. Hot tub is a gem, the best tub I've ever been in. So easy to use. 2. Fantastic communications. 3. Great kitchen and living room flow...And the kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles. 4. Fenced in yard...It was such a pleasure to soak in the tub while my dog was chasing the birds. 5. Great market with needed provisions was next door. What can I say, I'll be back Angelo

This was my second stay at Carla's home and I was so thrilled to be back. I have several friends in the area and I felt so comfortable hosting small groups of friends for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The home's layout supports small gatherings of friends for visits in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace, and in the large dining room. The kitchen is perfect for cooking with friends. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay at Carla's lovely home.

Great hosts and nice place. Close to UVM and we enjoyed walking to the bagel place around the corner.

Staying at the Lakeshore drive cottage was delightful even though it was too cold in early April to go out on the water with any of the many available boats. The fireplace on the porch let us sit out and look over the water even in the chill, and the great chairs and fireplace setup by the water let us watch the sky change colors in the evenings. The house was clean and lovely, with windows everywhere. The hosts were responsive when we had an urgent question, and the house itself had even more amenities than were listed on Airbnb. A lovely week long stay through sun and rain and snow. Minutes away from the Colchester Island trail, and the Burlington greenway and many beaches above and below Burlington. Minutes from Winooski as well, and only 45 minutes’ drive to Waterbury, with Stowe a few minutes down the road. Highly recommend.

A beautiful spot near the village of Stowe and a short drive to the ski areas. We were especially grateful for a waking path along a winding river that ran from the apartment to town and also north quite a ways. Apartment was clean, new and extremely tastefully decorated and the location couldn’t be better! Owners were very polite and responsive to our questions. A wonderful New Years mini- vacation for our family of five! Would highly recommend!!!

Erin’s house was amazing and exactly as described. The horses in the backyard added a nice touch. Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Be careful with the drive to the house in the winter

This is probably one of the best homes we have stayed at in Airbnb. The pictures do not capture just how wonderful this home and the land it is on. The home is decorated really nicely, very colorful, with lots of nice stain glass. The entire home is very comfortable, including the beds and pillows, and there are many places to sit and relax. There are a lot of kitchen amenities and the home is uncluttered and spotlessly clean. The yard is so nice to spend time in and the hot tub is great. There aren't any pics of it but it is the kind with jets and big enough for 2 adults. My only regret is not staying longer!

Great place. Close to everything (mountain, restaurants, shops). Exactly as described. The space was just enough for the family with 2 toddlers. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and a hot tub. It was perfect after a day on the slopes. Allie is a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend staying at her place when in Stowe!

Great place with modern touch, clean and close to ski resort, shops and restaurants. Great open spaces around the house for kids and adults to hangout and get fresh air.

This was our first experience at Smuggs, and we really loved staying at the condo. It is very comfortable—warm, clean, well-stocked with towels, linens, etc. There is a full kitchen with a very much appreciated dishwasher (not the norm in most ski condos). There is a shuttle that can be summoned for pickup and dropoff at the condo, but we just walked to and from the Village and lifts because it wasn’t very far—not more than 5 minutes.

Nancy’s condo was perfect our family trip to Stowe. Everything was easy to find and all the little extra touches in the bathrooms were very nice. The linens and bath towels were of wonderful quality and more than enough for our stay. We loved the bike path and local restaurants. We would definitely recommend Nancys condo in Stowe.

We enjoyed staying here! The place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, organized and a very quick walk to the mountain. Great price too! James was very clear with directions/information and friendly.

Great location, did not need to drive anywhere. Shuttle to Stowe, walk to restaurants and shops and market right next door for groceries. Very clean

We had a great stay. The condo is spacious, and the toys were a big hit with the kids. The location is as advertised - right in the heart of Smuggler's Notch and a short walk to the village and Morse Mountain chairlifts. Getting to / from any part of the resort is a breeze with shuttle service available right outside the building. Having access to the unit's ski locker at the ground level is a big help, and there are plenty of coat hangers as well as ample space to store boots, helmets, etc. It's an ideal place and set-up for a Smuggler's notch ski trip.
